I routinely go to the Mead Post Office when I need to mail anything of any importance. I live in Longmont and haven't gone into the Longmont Post Office in about three years. Ed, the Postmaster, is helpful and reliable. When I've dealt with the clerks previously, they too have been friendly and helpful.

I submitted a change of address form to change my address to my parents P.O. box while I was moving out of state. ( This was a temporary address change, but I did follow all protocol) I was assured my mail would be delivered to my parents address. I contacted the Mead Post Office 3 times and they promised me they would call me as soon as my packages arrived. They did not. Absolutely horrible customer service.. You would be be better off renting a P.O. box in Longmont. I will be filing a complaint
