This entity is completely unreasonable, but I guess what do you expect working with a government entity. I cannot believe that they won't work with a homeowner to move a mail box location 10 ft. to the house instead of a totally unprotected box on the edge of the street. We live quite close to a very busy intersection and our mail is completely vulnerable any random Joe walking by. It's ridiculous especially since the excuse was that moving the box would throw the "timing" of the route off, as if those 15-20 extra steps are going to tack on significant time to the delivery route. I literally could not roll my eyes any harder.

Horrible. Absolutley horrible mail delivery. We recieve other people's mail and packages on a regular basis. Today, I was to recieve a package (key left in my mailbox). When I went to the box to retrieve my package, there was nothing in the box. We are so tired of delivering mail to our neighbors and dealing with the incompletence. We have had our own mail go missing only to have to deal with late payments because we did not recieve our bills. Take your jobs more seriously and DO BETTER!

I have never had an issue with packages before but all of a sudden now I have to sign for hot sauce??? I work from 7 am to 5 pm and they deliver at 11 am. What the hell am I supposed to do? Ask my boss for day off to sign for a package of hot sauce. I'm pissed and can't get my package now for another day. AND I have to pick it up because I can't schedule a delivery time. This is frankly unbelievable and I am extremely upset.

Valentine's program- love it. Send an envelope with multiple stamped and addressed valentine's day cards from the Elizabeth post office. Three cards were not delivered. Why? I tried to call and the computer-prompted menu is ridiculous. Other recipients received their cards last week. There was a postal worker in Parker, who ripped open cards and stole money and gift cards. Wasn't discovered for a few years. So, the only reason could be these were heavier cards, and perhaps ones that someone may suspect have gift cards inside. The ones that didnt get delivered were these types of cards and for my kids, one of whom is a student at CSU. His roommate got his card last week. Smh

We are at 1 Aspen Drive, Loveland, CO 80538. There are 83 units here and the postal person (woman) can not get the mail in the correct boxes. We have had mail go missing from the blue pick up mailbox, tenants are getting other tenants mail, I have personally been here for over 10 years and I'm currently having my city bill returned and it's late?!? I have never had such terrible mail service.

We have a great delivery guy - Steve that runs the SW part of Loveland by Sarah Milner school. He is thoughtful and makes an effort. When he is off his fill in's are the worst. They won't come during business hours so the package we are waiting for can not be delivered.

Jackie in “customer service” or whatever she is, is rude and does NOT care about customers. My package was not delivered to my front door like normal, probably because the carrier was too lazy, and all she had were excuses about the reasoning and interrupted me while talking. If you don’t like your job, carrier or office, then find a new one.

My mother recently passed away. We had a hold put on her mail for two weeks. That hold is almost up. I need to see about getting the mail delivered to myself for now, for a little while, until we figure out what to do. Thank you!

This site has an incorrect phone number for the Loveland, CO Valentine Post Office, they have my home phone in there and I'm getting a lot of calls for the post office, the correct number should be 970-667-5303!
