the post office in gypsum doesn't work or answer

Love this little Post Office. Seems to have gotten busier in the last couple of years. Packages were being delivered to my door, but now if it is not Amazon Prime packages are almost always through the post office.The workers are always polite and helpful.

Phone number listed on the website just never answered they are not listed in the local phone book

USPS placed a contact phone number for Gypsum Post office which I tried to call several times but no one answered. I could not leave a VM. What kind of customer service is this? You guys are running this as a monopoly business.

I love how you sent things back literally half an hour after finding out that my mail is not from a P.O. Box because since they don't accept my physical address. Just MAKES MY DAY! You Gypsum and Avon employees need to be fired!

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. The hours are ridiculous and the staff all need to be fired and replaced, no joke.

The Gypsum Post Office is withholding my mail for 13 days now, did exchange the lock of my P.O.Box and did not cash the check for a bill send to me in Germany for a (complimentary) P.O.Box I should get as a Local for 11 years. Post office staff denied giving my mail to my son, even he had a Power of attorney and his ID. Reason: They don't give mail to someone ??? I'm working in Denver now and be unable to receive my mail because I cannot pick it up during Post office hours or reach into my P.O.Box. I got big damages up to now !
