I signed an agreement for Premium service on 05/06/20. The contract states that "you will be able to use the street address to receive most packages and deliveries through private carriers, such as UPS and Fedex." But for the past two weeks they charged me over $8 every time I had a package delivered. Basically, they held it hostage until I paid. I closed my box up early so I wouldn't get charged every time I had a delivery.

There seems to be a growing culture of unprofessionalism in this office, although I have had rude service at the office itself before. Now there have been numerous instances of packages being dropped off and noted as "hand delivered," which was not true and leads to porch-pirating. Today, we got a large first class envelope that said "DO NOT BEND," and what did the carrier do... BEND IT! Get it together.
