Ordered a package, was delivered to a parcel locker in my neighborhood and a key was left in my box, the key went to a box where another key was that was for the box that i just opened. So I still don't have my package after that fun little game. The post office was called the next day and informed of the incident. Two days later no remedy and my childs gift is lost in a parcel locker. This type of incompetence is not acceptable

I will be demanding a refund for the express priority package 2 day delivery guarantee I sent Thursday that according to tracking didn't leave the Frederick post office until the day it was to be delivered in San Francisco. Incompetent fools

Final time I will ever send a package from this PO or probably any other again. Rude personnel, package send 12-18-20, pushing a month later, website useless, phone calls useless, no updates, no responses, told today by another rude PO employee that is has been sitting in Denver all this time and since they don't guarantee priority mailings they don't issue refunds. Way to treat retired, disabled veteran!

The service here is absolutely horrible! The workers are always extremely rude and very unhelpful. I absolutely dread having to go in and talk to someone there. They need new employees!

In January I reported an issue with frequent mail mix ups with a house with the same numerical address as mine but on a similarly spelled street. The postmaster sounded as though he would address the problem, but it continues. I received important tax documents for my neighbor. I delivered them to the correct address, but I believe you guys are the ones being paid to do this.

I have a PO Box at the Frederick CO Post office. No choice, they won’t deliver to Our home. I get very upset as when I have mail arrive they will not put it out for me to pick up the day it arrives. They say I have to wait until tomorrow. I get a notice that something has been delivered that I have waited on....then I go to pick it up and they don’t give me access to it! Yesterday a prime example. Notice came, delivered 11:45 AM...I go in at 4:30 PM and they won’t give it to Me. Have to come Back tomorrow. It was a birthday gift and I was quite upset. Can they hold my mail that us been deliver that day. I don’t think that is right. I pay for prime on amizon.... two day delivery... and they send it, then I can’t get it because someone has not done there job! If that falls on a weekend... the two day delivery I paid for and amazon competes becomes 4 or 5! I pay for two day and if it arrives they need to hand it to me! They are wasting my money, money I pay for 2 day delivery. I am pretty upset with them And there work and not caring to get MY mail to me once it arrives. They can’t hold it. It’s mine, I paid to get it there, and they are wrong to Hold it!

I am constantly getting other peoples deliveries. Others are repeatedly getting mine. Is the postal worker on drugs when driving?? Why cant they read the correct address? Do they have dyslexia?

The postal service received my item, delivered my item (confirmed by Postal GPS) but put it in the wrong mail box. I went back to the Post Office and Rob (Head Post Master) confirmed there's nothing we can do. Your item is lost. The delivering post office woman can't recall exactly which box she put the package in???? This is comical.

Several times I have waited for a package that required a signature. website claimed no one home and note left. My wife was home all day, each time, and no one came to the door or left a note either at the door or in the kiosk mailbox. Don't trust anything important to a mail carrier, unless you can stand out front all day and wait for delivery

Delivery of packages to the community mail boxes is horrible. We have been delivered numerous packages for another address as well we have had our packages delivered to other addresses as well. So much for attention to detail.

The customer service at this post office is HORRIBLE. I had a UPS package delivered to my P.O. box here and they lost the package after it was signed for by a USPS employee at that location. After returning to the location with conformation from UPS that the package was at their address the employee was extremely rude and did absolutely nothing to find the lost package. He said, "maybe it will show up tomorrow." On the other hand, what more can you expect from an uneducated government employee. In the future I will have my expensive camera gear shipped to my house and risk it sitting on the door-step rather than putting it in the hands of the USPS at my P.O. box, which I thought was the safest delivery option.
