Today my address 2828 S. Emerson St. received 900 E. Amherst Ave mail. Years ago, this was daily situation. It seems the Postal service has hired a new batch of illiterate lazy sloppy monkeys. Who knows where my mail went? Seems the new Murica is now best it will ever be.

I just had a terrible experience while at this post office at 915 w lehigh. I typically find my postman on his route prior to getting to my house in order to pick up my packages before i go out of town, since my mail is not delivered until late in the day. The carrier told me that I was obnoxious and harrassing him, for asking a simple question from 10' away "are you deliverying to my address" he then replied yes. I said "ok cool can I grab my packages?", he said "no, and dont you think this is ridiculous to do" i replied with "no i dont, because I have had several packages stolen off of my porch, plus I will be out of town for awhile and dont want them to sit there". His reply was "too bad, call my office and talk to my supervisor. Even my supervisor thinks your a pain in the ass". I literally didnt know how to respond. Ive never had an issue doing this as well as, im not interrupting their "work" since the carrier is already in the truck literally looking at my package. So then I go into the post office and speak with a supervisor and she immediately takes the carriers side of things and is very rude and hostile towards me. Then she calls the carrier, and the carrier apparently tells her, that "i don't know if i have his package" which is a complete lie, he told me he had it and would not give it to me. Also while speaking with the "manager" at the post office, i asked for the postmasters information and she wouldnt give me her last name AND SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER, Like what is this shit?! Im a regular lawful tax paying guy. Why are they allowed to do whatever the hell they want. Extremely frustrating. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am the Clubhouse Monitor at Kimberly Woods Apartment Community at 1401 E Girard Pl. It has been brought to my attention, and I have investigated, the covering door of the first bank of mailboxes is not closed properly. It looks like it could be easily pried open. Also, some mailbox doors are not closed properly. I tried calling the 303 313 5320 number listed on the mail theft sticker, but it is a non-working number. Now what?

I was just in this Post Office, and the sales clerk Ricky has awful customer service. He had a gentleman come up to the counter asking about a hold on his mail, and not even being in there one second, Ricky was hostile and was not willing to help his customer, Ricky pulled his Manager to the front, and while I was not able to catch her name, she was extremely hostile and rude as well.... there is nothing like walking into a post office to drop a package to be shipped ad having anxiety. That is rudiculous

I opened my front door this afternoon and found my mail splattered all over my porch. I guess the mailman is too lazy to put it in the mailbox. I've lived here all my life and I've never had this before.

I am at both the Leigh and the Broadway PO's everyday for my job. I wanted to say that Mike and Ricky, at the Leigh office are GREAT!! They are goofballs, but they are fun. They do need to cut down on the caffeine just a bit!! LOL!!. They have a way to make everyone laugh and that is what we all need. Everyone at both the locations are are AWSOME!!

I was in the PO sending packages today and Prentice was so knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond the call as far as I was concerned and I was grateful for his excellent service and peasant demeanor.
