Purchased an item thru eBay with Priority Shipping. Tracking shows it was received at Elizabeth, CO USPS on 3/18/21. Priority Mail charges an extra rate to provide expedited delivery within 1-3 business days. It’s now 3/22/21 and tracking shows the package hasn’t even left the post office! The eBay Seller says it can take two weeks to receive. WTH?? What is going on in the Elizabeth, CO post office and why isn’t the postmaster doing anything about it???

I came into the Elizabeth post office to get keys for a new property that I had just purchased. Each property has a box that they keys need to be issued for. When speaking with the attendant at the desk I explained that I would need to have the carrier give me a call when the keys were ready. She seemed hesitant to assist but finally agreed to have him/her call. I waited for two weeks and when I tried to call the phone just continued to ring. If the post office is to become competitive and be productive then efficiency and customer service need to be a priority.

Thank you so much for the great phone service this morning. I sympathize with the difficulties of delivering packages in Sun Country Meadows but you went above and beyond helping me out today. Despite the reviews below I think you all do a great job. If it wasn't for my work schedule I would stop in more often.

I experienced a difficulty with making my change of address from Elizabeth Colorado due to a glitch with my address of record which was incorrect in the postal system. As a result the manager of the Elizabeth Colorado Post office said he would take care to package my mail and send it to my new address in North Carolina. I have not received prescriptions that should have arrived weeks ago and I'm worried they are lost in the mail. The post office does not allow you to call the post office direct so I was stuck on voice mail for 15 minutes trying to get through to a live person. They said I might have to wait 40 minutes. Why can't I just call the post office number that is listed in Google?

They NEVER answer their phone! I've lived here 15 plus years and they NEVER answer the phone. What's up with that? Turn the music down and answer the phone. And it is true some in there are not friendly and their faces show it. Be kind and smile. Sad :)

I have had several situations where I'm not receiving mail and where outgoing mail doesn't make it to the destination. How do you fix THAT kind of problem. I have never experienced this type of issue in the past, just since I moved to Elizabeth.

The customer atmosphere is so terrible, it's like walking into a morgue.
All the employees are obnoxiously rude, arrogant and act as if they are
some kind of special, gestapo agents.

New to town and everyone in Elizabeth has been so nice and friendly EXCEPT at this post office - this was the most un-enviting team of people I had to interact with. They do not smile - they do not make you feel comfortable there. Very sad - I will go out or my way to go to Parker office to avoid this one because of the customer service!

You probably don't have a great time in Parker either. Try Franktown!
