They will not answer the phone. We’ve been trying for 4 days. Even sent a fax which they received and still nothing.

Can't believe what a poop show the USPS is, especially here in the mountains. You will never get anything on time, they will leave things outside a public building, not even putting it inside the atrium, because they are too lazy. Will never be able to hire actual competent people either given the staff shortage everywhere. They NEVER answer the phone. Good luck trying to talk to someone. If you move here, have fun being at the post office for half your life and rarely receiving your mail. It's an absolute dumpster fire of a company.

Customer service at this location is terrible. The representatives are extremely rude. I moved my post office bix out if this location for this reason.

It is beyond imagination how many packages this post office looses and how many different reasons they use for this. I watch my notifications for delivery information on USPS.com and wait a full day because I know that they do not process the mail when the website says they have. Even after a full day later, items are not ready to be picked up or they have been completely lost by then. They have no problem taking money for my PO box but cannot get packages reliably to me. Completely inexcusable.

Check out YELP, First of all I would like to point out the only reason this Post Office has above a score of 1 is because someone wrote about how great the Cordillera Post Office was mistakenly (which is not the Edwards Post Office), otherwise they would have a 1 or less. Yup, all of the reviews are correct. This group is unprofessional, cantankerous, offensive and unreliable to say the least. In addition to incredible poor attitudes, this Post Office seems to lose more packages, mismanage mail and packages and rarely take any accountability for their mistakes. If they hate their jobs they should look for one they may enjoy.

Horrible - would be out of business in the “real world”. Numerous packages sent back because they “didn’t know who I was” despite having my p.o. box and street address on package. Went in on Christmas Eve because one of my kids gifts showed it had arrived 3 days prior and still was not in my box. Woman at the counter says “I’m trying to care” Are you kidding me? I’ve started shipping things to the UPS store and paying $10 to pick them up. Far superior service. I know it’s a hassle to change your address but it might actually be worth it in this case.

This post office is unbelievably incompetent. They have never answered their phone for the years I’ve been living in the valley and are extremely rude and unprofessional. The people here need to be fired. There is one lady in particular that is notorious for being horrible to deal with... very busy in the Edwards community knows this and yet she maintains her front desk job dealing with the public and ruining people’s days. The postmaster is also incompetent and does nothing to change the environment. It’s a shame that us locals have to deal with these people and have there is no recourse for their horrible service and unprofessionalism. Unfortunately you can’t avoid this crew of incompetence and are forced to be subjected to their sneering rude attitudes every single time you have to deal with the post office.. these people would never make it in the public sector and they all should be unmemplotes so a new group can take their poatitions and actually provide a service. These people are just horrible Be duly warned if you’re new to the valley or moving here... it will be the worst post office you’ve ever dealt with for sure.

I have lived in Edwards for about 4 years and I am shocked at the Postal Service in Edwards. I maybe receive two out of 10 packages sent to the Post Office in Edwards. I later find out that the package was sent back to sender. Every time I ask "Why" I get a different answer none of which makes any sense. I have spoken to the Postmaster and still I don't get any results. I want to know WHAT is going on because obviously there is something going on. I would like this investigated.
