I have been to the post office in Eagle 3 days in a row and still no one seems to look for a key that supposedly was dropped into my husband's box. My husband never received such key, and furthermore there was no reason for the key to have gone into any other box other than mine. The address on my store acct is clearly my box # 1828 and NOT my husband's box anyhow. The staff is understaffed and doesn't give a hoot about any of our packages. They merely give you the answer that it got delivered. They tell you they are understaffed and can't look for it. We need a new Postmaster and this postoffice is in dire need of an overhaul. This was UPS Surepost that drops the packages off at the postoffice. There is no system for checking in the packages. I was told they do not sign for anything. Who manages like this?

I have never in my life that I’ve been going to this post office received good customer service, they always yell at me and talk so rude to me instead of offering a good service. This post office sucks and every single time I have to go in to receive a package they’re so rude, every single employee here is rude. USPS sucks because of these employees.

These new address rules are not compatible with email or on line purchases. Their computers DO NOT recognize a number with the name of the purchaser,IE: John Doe (2345). Please make allowances for packages with all the rest of your requirements met. Thank you.

Live in Iowa and shipped a package to sisters PO Box there on 12/31. Priority Mail. She still has not received it. Confirmed delivered to Eagle PO facility. What it s wrong with you people !!!

This Post Office seems under staffed. It seems only one person works the front counter. Long waits are a given, so plan on it. If you try to reach them by phone, more times than not it will just ring. My hope for them is they get more help. Otherwise they are friendly but understaffed and this is annoying for customers

I receive a monthly subscription package, and every single month I get it 2 days after everyone else gets it. I know it's in the Eagle facility and I've seen other people in the eagle facility receive it much quicker than I do. Because of this I would never use this PO Box system if I had the chance to. This is pathetic. People need to do their jobs so customers like me don't go elsewhere. I'm happy I'm leaving this town so I don't have to go through through this anymore
