Dillon post office is by far the worst postal service I have ever been to. They consistently misplace and return packages, the staff is highly unprofessional and incredibly rude; not to mention, I have spoken to the workers MULTIPLE times about discontinuing the previous PO owners mail delivery and they have done NOTHING about it. Today I received mail for myself, Diane H., Catherine N., Curtis N., and Stephen R.! I don’t understand how this place is so incompetent.

Attempted to contact postmaster Findley at both locations Dillon & Silverthorne left 2 messages. I requested one employee at Dillion post office to call Findley and ask him to call me.......No luck it seems either the messages from the employees do not get to Findley, or Findley has poor communication skills.

I want non foreign worker at our post office that has better costumer service and is not a pain to deal with every time soo unsatisfied with the service...

Please advise if this is the proper way to send something via usps to your post office. Should it be just their name, p.o. number and then Dillon, CO? Or should it be addressed to the post office with your address and then attention to whomever I am sending it and his box number? If doesn't fit in box do you somehow notify them that it is there?

Mailed a package from VA to the Dillon Inn with the correct address. Because it was lacking the PO number, the package was returned to sender in VA. Would it have been too much to ask to leave the package at the Post Office for pick up by the Inn? Your town is so small that it seems reasonable to know the destination and to try to accommodate customers. We do it better in VA!

i find your dillon co office rude. I was given the wrong information and when trying to call back to verify a package they just don't pick up phone. Phone number should not be listed for Dillon Post Office they do not pick up.

Longest lines ever. Horrible service. Impossible to get your packages. We pay for P.O. boxes and they do not deliver to street addresses. 21st century a-holes.

Under staffed with no sense of urgency when the line has over 60 people waiting. Averaging 15 min per transaction. Arrived before the PO opened and it stilll took me 1.5 hours to get to the counter so i could give them my yellow slip to get my package. Worst place ever.

This office NEVER pick up the phone, it doesn't matter at what time you call. This is very irresponsible and disrespectful. I have been trying to solve a problem, went in person last week, it wasn't solved and now I am at home in Pittsburgh and CANNOT communicate with these people.

Called Dillon Post Office looking for help/assistance with a delivery issue for another Post Office out of state. Employee was so polite and helpful, with so many cutbacks and short staffing my conversation and end results left me with hope that my package will be delivered properly. Love the Dillon Post Office!

no one ever picks up the telephone at the dillon Post office. For people wanting to check their procedure on Priorty mail pick up on Saturdays just doesn't happen. Do they put a key in the PO box so the person can pick up the key then go to a locked container to get their package? Or do you need to wait till there is someone at the front to help you retreive your pkG.? We pay alot for mail delivery and we should not have to try and figure these things out when maling to relative in the area that needs the pkg. on the day that it was suppose to be delivered. HELP..THIS IS SO FRUSTRATNG.....
