Greetings, I have been waiting for a package to arrive at my new address since Oct 2020. My package was mailed from Lihue, HI to Kansas City, MO. It is a media package that was shipped via ground transportation. The package itself is a home depot cardboard box and is one of several packages that I mailed containing my research library. Many of my books within this package are VERY difficult to find and are worth hundreds of dollars each. The last update I received was on 4 Nov 2020 stating that my package was in transit and will arrive late. It is now 5 Feb 2021 and no new update has been provided and the package has not been delivered. I have called and emailed USPS many times now, but nothing has been accomplished or resolved. I know that my package is at your facility. Please find my package and ship it out to my location ASAP. I am a historical researcher and the content within this package is for my research and was needed last Nov. I moved from Kauai to Kansas City last Nov and a majority of my packages arrived completely trashed and damaged. I had broken appliances, crystal, decor, and other items thanks to USPS employees and how they handle their packages. And yes, ALL of my items were securely packaged, wrapped, and padded to avoid damage, but the boxes all showed up torn to pieces and smashed in. COVID is not an excuse for poor quality of work. I expected better from a government ran facility and have spent thousands of dollars to ship 43+ packages through USPS only to lose thousands of dollars more thanks to the damages and "lost" items. Please find my package and deliver it accordingly. The tracking number for this package is: 9550210608450301623644 I need these books ASAP for my work and have been rather patient considering the circumstances. I also am aware of potentially another box or two that hasn't arrived, because we do not have everything that we shipped... but I do not have tracking numbers for these packages at this time. I will be calling this facility directly when I am able and I will continue to reach out until this situation is resolved. Thank you for your time and efforts.
