I have a package with a tracking number of "LD570152531BE" All week long the tracking on this item shows it shuttling back and forth between Denver and Colorado Springs. Not once or twice but a ridiculous amount of times. I need to know exactly what is going on. Jack Hubbell 3126 North 58th Street Omaha, NE 68104 1-402-972-5115

Please be advised I’m calling during your business hours and no one is answering the phone. It rings several times and then goes to a busy signal. What is the purpose of having customer service if your not going to accommodate the customer. This is rude and disrespectful. There is a package there that had been held for 5 days there is update or movement. 950551237822290115073. I would appreciate if someone can email me what the problem is with moveyof this package.

That is totally normal for the PO. If you let the phone keep ringing it will eventually roll to a fax line and you'll get the fax screeches in your ear.

USPS drivers, no matter the size of the vehicle, routinely speed and slide through STOP signs in Central Park (80238.) The maximum speed limit is 25 mph, and that is being ignored. I walk or ride my bike throughout the neighborhood, and also see them speed when I'm in my yard. Please ensure that your employees drive safely in the community.

I have tried to over look that mail mail doesn't get here between 4:30 and 6pm , and that the postal worker NEVER picks up my out going mail. I've seen her run over cones in street, to avoid the street closure. but today, I have to say I've had enough when I had to chase her down to hand her a letter that has been waiting to be picked up since Friday. I place the outgoing mail on a clip outside mailbox. should I be doing something differnet??? plz advise. thx

I've had a PO box 13144 in Denver for over 3 years, recently my automatic payment didn't go through cuz my bank ,had changed the security code on a new debit card, when the PO notified me I went to my PObaccount online and changed it, apparently it didn't go through, next thing I know I'm getting email saying my PO box will be closed. Went into the PO week of the 15th was told I had to pay for 6 months instead of the customary 3 months, so I said I'd have to come back cuz I didn't have enough money on me, they said they'd hold it for me till the 27th no problem. They told me I still had to pay for 6 months, which I thought sucked cuz I hadn't done anything wrong had never been late in over three years.Went in today on the 27th, was told I had to reapply and pay an extra $23. the application was different than my original one and wanted two types of proof which I didnt have. Now I was told last week just come in and pay for 6 months and it would all be good. I though it unfair but wth. I than just left after being told about the extra charges and the stupid application. I guess the PO doesn't need the money. Sad cuz l love the PO and always use it vs UPS or fed ex. I never had any problems before with PO, so this was very disappointing. Almost like you are following DeJoy's lead and sabotaging the PO. Bummer Sincerely, Michael Nabozny

Got a package that had been sitting at the Denver Distribution Center for 2 weeks. It was damaged and already opened. Not only was it opened, contents are in fact missing. We believe someone purposefully opened the package because inside of the package there was also a envelope that had originally been sealed that was also ripped open (guess the thief didn't want to steal a little girls painting thank God). A $50 refund does not make up for the fact that someone deliberately opened our package and stole our items. USPS also did not put a stamp on it to indicate that it was opened like they are supposed to if they open a parcel (which they cannot do without a warrant for Priority Mail). Someone stole our items and opened our package.

I have a question for mailing process. If I have a yellow label with a bar code "with return to sender" but the yellow label shows" forward- but was not forward however my speculation is the yellow label is the new address of the recipient in regards to address of the original letter.

No work ethic and by far the laziest, and most disappointing usps I've ever had to deal with. From usps losing my medication, to being flat out lazy POS and not delivering my mail. I have no respect for the sub par work you call a job

Some of those workers are unreal. Ive been trying to track down my mail for weeks even months after putting in a change and they still keep telling me they dont know what happened. Then I ordered something just to see if mail comes and it did so they question now is where is my important documents from before? I need my mail.........

If there’s a mailbox within a certain amount of feet to your home, they don’t have to take your outgoing mail.

I tried for several minutes to talk with a Post Office employee in an effort to get an access code for Independence Mo. I stayed on the line for next available operator, and then the line was cut off. - Very disappointing,

As another email that I read, it seems that the number is always busy. My problem SHOULD NOT be a problem at all! I sent mail to Global Tel Link on 12/21/18 and as of 1/25/19, it had not been received. When I called them, I was told that the box number had changed and that I needed to wait until I got it back and resend!!! With a business like this, in my opinion, a box is NOT even necessary for delivery. I worked for the PO in my state for 18 years in rural areas where we delivered mail often times with the wrong address or no address! As the clerk here stated, the old and new numbers were not even that far apart and should have been put the right place even without a box number. I quickly mailed it after getting the money order so I am not sure if I even put a return address. GET YOUR CLERKS ON THE BALL WITH THEIR WORK!!!! This was negligence on their part and a big burden on me!

On Sunday a neighbor stopped by my house to bring me a package he found at midnight Saturday night lying on top of the mailbox stand in our neighborhood. This was merchandise I had ordered and been waiting for. It seems the mail carrier just laid it up there and forgot it when delivering mail to our boxes. This seems like really shoddy service and could have resulted in a financial loss to me. We live in Denver and our zip code is 80238. Would like a reply, please.

They steal mail after they process it to be shipped out of state. Most workers have no moral or pride but just steal citizens mail. I hope the thieves get caught and showed on the local new station soon.

USPS is doing a terrific job - that's in spite of the fact that CONGRESS has demanded that they put aside funds (for the next 20 years) NOW for pensions for employees. NO PAY AS YOU GO. It's a dirty trick that Congress has played on them. I live in a large condo complex and my USPS driver finishes delivering mail EVERY DAY by 6 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. That is the work overload employees are facing. Be thankful we have a reasonably priced mail & pkg delivery service.

We all would love to have our mail, packages delivered when their supposed to be! Being both sides of the fence as a customer and also a delivery driver I understand that a number of factors come into play when mail is not on time,if you know what's going on with traffic, weather, construction and all the other obstacles a driver has to encounter to do the impossible, for the sometimes ungrateful, you wouldn't be so upset about getting your mail on time, but on the retail side of things,I agree! If your face to face with the public day in and day out, mail clerks should know what the hell their doing and should be more skilled in customer relations and problem solving ??

DO NOT TRUST YOUR MAIL GOING THROUGH DENVER! There is a problem with the Denver post offices and their sort facility. Damaged packages, tracking not up to date, bad attitude, email you with a phone number they do not answer, do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged packages, late delivery, wet packages being delivered to door so that customers of merchants are left standing watching the delivery person's back as they walk away telling the customer to contact whomever sent package (their facilities must be in a deep lake or something to have water dripping off packages!), crap attitudes, send you around in a circle, thieves, and more. Very bad service and very bad attitude!
