This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. they get my packages wrong and always deliver them to somebody else. Sometimes they bring them to me most of the time they don’t in the past I have lost so many Christmas presents and birthday presents because the post office keeps delivering my mail to the wrong address it doesn’t matter how many times I have told them and requested that the driver make sure she drops everything off at the right mailbox/the right house, I am not sure what the problem here is that they can’t seem to get my address right but it’s beyond frustrating that I can’t get my mail or it tells me my package was delivered and I never received it. I’m tired of driving all over my neighborhood seeing where my packages are not sure what you can do about this but I wouldn’t use this post office for anything other than delivering your mail. Let’s just hope you get your mail as I don’t.
I sent out a very important letter, certified mail, requesting and paid extra found out three weeks after the mail was supposed to deliver it to them and it’s in Colorado. They had already delivered it, and did not make them sign for it now this could be a problem, court time and I would like my five dollars back.
I would give them no stars, but this website is making me push a star so you get one, but it means nothing
this is the worst postal service ever. i had a christmas card sent from dacono to dacono and it never even showed up. then im always getting some one else's mail in my box. i guess the carrier cant tell and read addresses either. they lose mail a bunch. stay away from this post office.
Went to mail the tax return and the post office is closed during business hours. I heard Dacono mail was bad so I guess I will not be changing my post office box to closer to my house
Package left in Parcel Locker, received notification that it was delivered. Went to my mailbox and NO key for the parcel locker? Could it have been put into someone's mailbox and not mine, or did they just forget to put the key in?
