Nothing has changed in two years. Today's date is 08 29 23: Here’s one way to successfully cut down on complaints, Broomfield PO. Let the phone ring and ring and then after 2 minutes go to a busy signal. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING.

This is a question of concern. I had temporarily forwarded my mail from my home address at 13648 Plaster Circle 80023 for three months between January and April. I have been receiving intermittent surgical care in Los Angeles and must leave temporarily for that purpose. However, I do not get my mail forwarded routinely. Since I was temporarily gone, I have been notified that Broomfield County has considered me to have moved to California and taken me off the Colorado voter rolls. Northwestern Mutual Insurance has advised me that my disability income mail is being returned to them. I have bills from doctor's offices (Centennial Valley Pediatrics) that are being identified as very overdue because I have not been receiving mailed monthly statements. This is not one vendor or a pattern the random global loss of mail that is either lost or being returned to sender. Additionally, one of the mail persons appeared to have gotten into a spat with me After they left a note in my mailbox telling me to stop blocking their access to my mailbox on the curb or I would not get mail delivered. I had responded with a note in the mailbox stating that Broomfield County does not allow us to police street parking. Consequently, there is no way that residents can provide better Mail truck access to curbside mailboxes by moving cars that do not belong to them. Sadly, we have been through all this before. Mail loss, misdirection of others male and my own mail delivery ended up in front of a Colorado Judge. This occurred after failing to respond to a letter from the state that I had never received. Fortunately, I won the hearing only based on the fact that the judge himself has had his own issues with mail delivery. You may remember my attorney and I meeting with the Postmaster to discuss this a couple of years ago. This court case occurred and was devoted simply to lost mail delivery. I am more than happy to provide you with the details if you like. I know that the mail person is not always the same every day, but it seems as though much of my mail is again Not being delivered or being returned to sender, ignored, or otherwise disappearing without an obvious pattern. Is there anything I can do to improve mail forwarding? Do I need to have important mail correspondence certified so that I can track it when it is lost? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you very much. Richard Evans MD 970.692.7616 13648 Plaster Circle, Broomfield CO 80023 m

The mailman who delivers to Harvest Station Apartments has absolutely no professionalism. When I approached, the first thing he did was get in my face and told me to back up 3 times. I am a 23 year old lady. I asked him to let me into my mailbox as an exception because I wanted to retrieve my wedding gift from m parents as we were dropping them off to the airport. He made a huge ordeal of it and started slamming the mailboxes shut. He continued to tell me to back up when I was already as far as I can get. He was very threatening to me as he asked for my apartment number twice while raising his voice. He then was very rude after I retrieved my package. He then took my license plate number as I drove away. This employee does not need my personal information and as a lady, he should not have approached me in such a threatening and scary way. Very very rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed and disgusted with this supposed to be super simple encounter.

Broomfield has the worse mail service i have ever experienced. At least 2, maybe more, packages were “delivered” on June 27 but we never received them and spent hours trying to get the usps “supervisor” to look into them but after several days she said she’s to busy too and said nothing they can do. I also told her about our continuous mail issues and how we had found the neighborhood box wide open on a couple occasions but she didn’t seem to care. Incompetent people!

I am beyond fed up.. over the last 4 months we've had multiple packages marked as delivered on the tracking up but they were not put into our mailbox in the apartment complex mailroom. Instead 2 or 3 of those packages were delivered to someone's else's mailbox in the mailroom and those people brought them to us days later. 2 of those packages were marked as delivered in tracking but never the mail truck and it was 2 or 3 days later before they were delivered to us. Im now sitting on hold going on an hour and a half to report yet another "misplaced" "delivered" package, that shows was delivered yesterday on July 6th, and cant get a human being on the line at all... im really getting fed up that we have to keep tracking down packages marked as delivered in the usps system that never were delivered or were delivered to the wrong mail box.

I have the key (or better, 'half of the key') for 'compartment' 2P [hand-marked "B"], from the Mail KIOSK at the intersection of Columbus Mountain Drive and Rio Grande Place. My package is in that locker and we need items (masks, nose and mouth coverings for protection from the COVID-19 Virus) ... please help, from Walt Schreiber, 15819 Columbus Mountain Drive, Broomfield, 80023-9439, 720-638-9343, email: . p.s. the locks are constructed poorly, and we have much trouble with the keys and opening the compartments.

To Rebecca, mail route delivery person. Thank you very much for your personal attention and follow up on my recent issue at the mail kiosk. You are a wonderful representative for the post office. If I were an employer, I would hire you in a minute. Thanks so much for your efforts.--George Goth

Broomfield postal service has got to be the worst in the state! I've lived all over the suburbs of Denver, Morrison, Lakewood, Arvada,Golden, Westminster just to name a few and never had any problems untill I moved to Broomfield! Constantly getting the wrong mail delivered to the wrong house AND its important things like social security and refund checks!!!! Im starting to wonder if you all need your eyes checked for reading glasses!!! Please can someone try and address this problem! I've had too many lost letters! thank goodness most of my neighbors are honest and end up delivering my mail to me but isnt that YOUR job?? Thank you!

Is no one there to pick up the phone? I've tried calling the direct number provided above, and the phone has been left ringing so long both times that it goes to a beeping as if the phone line were busy.

This is the second time that I have not received my package. Yesterday I was left a key to the big locker and it was empty. What the hell. Did they forget to put the box in there. So I waited maybe they would put it in today. Nope. I wonder what else im missing.

Excellent service since 1972. Lines get longer as more mail has to be dealt with. There are other post offices not quite so busy.

Once again... Piss poor service... Been living here since 1987... Crap service since the beginning... For some reason, our area has been skipped today... Bad timing the holiday bills and such.... Postal service is like "Meh.... it is what it is... " Sadly... My insurance company wants me to do my prescriptions by mail... NOT ON A DARE!... These people couldn't wipe themselves if someone else held their cheeks apart for them!!!.... And they would still be indignant about it!!... I don't want them handling my family's meds!... Very sad!!...

Our mail delivery person is constantly putting mail in the wrong mailbox, sometimes not even the right street or house number. He recently delivered my RTD monthly bus pass to someone else. By the time it reached me, I had spent over $20 in bus fare to get to work, in addition to RTD's charge for the monthly pass by mail. We have talked to the delivery person about being more careful but it has had no effect.

OMG....I think these people will end up being the death of me. They drop off the mail and small boxes in the cluster mail boxes of our complex...but the big boxes, they all get conveniently get delivered to the office of our complex...regardless of whether I am home or not...so everyday I have to haul box after box from a block away to my apartment. I am so sick and tired of these people and dont know whom to complain to??? The phone numbers of any of their superiors is not listed anywhere. What should I do?

We keep having trouble with delivery which comes out of this post office. Magazines are not being delivered. I keep having to go to subscription services to request missing or damaged issues. It has gotten worse this summer. Someone, somewhere in our neighborhood is getting lots of great magazines with our name on them for free!

I've had infinite terrible experiences with the Broomfield Post Office over many years. I could go into detail but to sum it up, their service is horrendous & they clearly don't care. I've heard the problems originate from the Bromfield Postmaster. I only go there when absolutely necessary. Whenever possible I use the Westminster Office on 104th & Federal. They have fantastic service with wonderful attitudes. Also, my local delivery person is absolutely wonderful in spite of being based out of Broomfield. The problem is clearly not the USPS in general.

The Broomfield Post Office cost me $45 in late fees and a stop payment charge on my mortage payment. Payment was mailed on 12/25/14 and postmarked 12/26/14 going to Thornton CO. It was delivered on 1/6/15 making the payment late. It is no wonder this company has lost $45 billiom in the last 10 years.

Not happy with the service here. I was trying to send gifts to my daughter. The lady was giving me a hard time. She would not help me with any tape. She offered me some crappy white stuff that split open and would not seal the package properly. She just watched me struggle and did not offer to help or anything. I was so fed up, I walked out. I am not sure what happened to my daughters gifts.
