I just moved to Brighton and have already had a problem. I was expecting a package yesterday--was supposed to be delivered by 8:00 p.m., and all day it said it was out for delivery. The mail person didn't deliver mail until well after 9:00 p.m., and there was no package. When you pay extra to have a package delivered when you need it, it should arrive when promised--particularly if it is something you need for health reasons, which this is. The tracking now says "Delivered, To Agent." What the heck does that mean? Who is "Agent???" And, why is the mail being delivered so late? I tried to call the post office, but they don't answer! This is unbelievable! Why is this tolerated? I see all of these complaints, but it says postal employees don't read these. So what is the purpose?

Worst postal service ever! Multiple times has refused to deliver my mail for "blocking" my mail box, well unfortunately I am not blocking my mail boxes, I understand you people are lazy and are pissed off that people park in front of their houses and that means from time to time you can't pull straight up to my mail box and lean out your truck door to stick my mail directly in the box without having to get out, but seriously get over yourselves! You have stolen right out of my holiday packages before, you have continued to deliver my mail to the wrong house, or even today for example because your mail carrier had to get out of her truck didn't deliver a package that I know was coming with the mail today. I track all of my USPS packages, so where is my package USPS? Stop STEALING MY MAIL and don't put notices on vehicles that aren't blocking anything! I will continue to bash thia service until something changes!

I moved to Brighton a little over 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with this post office. They deliver mail to the wrong mail box and are ALWAYS delivering mail late and I am not talk 1-2 days I am talking 3-5 days late to a location INSIDE the city limits. This has cost me time and money not to mention aggravation. I am not sure what the problem is but you guys need to get your act together!!

We live in Cherrywood Park and have had our neighbors mail in our box over and over. Also our mail is arriving at 8:30 p.m. WHY? That is insane. We have also been receiving mail we should have had at least a week earlier as the event has passed. What is going on?

Same Problem everyone else is saying. I get my neighbors mail & they get mine. At Christmas we were all bringing each other packages. Can we get paid for the job this post office can't do? How about our personal info getting into the hands of who knows. It's ridiculous!

We live in Cherry Wood Park and we have terrible mail service. Many times we have found our neighbors mail in our mailbox. Very later if at all delivery and bar none in my 58 years this has been the worst mail service hands down. If they are running for an award as the worst USPS post office they win.

Other persons mail is continually placed in our mailbox. Last names are different, addresses are different. This happens too often to be a coincidence, appears more like a lack of concern getting documents to the right party

No mail delivery in our neighborhood yesterday. Many times it comes after 10:00 PM. Spoke to post office and they said they are short staffed and the new postmaster doesn't want their mail carriers out late. Very frustrating.

I don't understand why this particular USPS is not competent in delivering mail and packages. The inconvenience of tracking down packages and returning mail to the correct owner happens so often it is actually alarming. How hard is it to accurately deliver mail to the correct mailbox? It is a joke throughout our neighborhood about how bad mail delivery is--but at some point it would be nice to think that the USPS would actually do something about it. Do your job, please!

Horrible HORRIBLE post office. They've opened our mail and looked through it, they've failed to deliver multiple packages, they keep delivering our neighbors mail to us, and they barely ever pick up the phone and when they finally do they just hang up on me. Also, I have medicine that was supposed to be delivered last week but this post office refuses to deliver it... I hate this place and everyone involved should be fired.
