Most of the staff is terrible. Last time I was there, the clerk that served me was Phil, who is always borderline insolent. He was wearing a mouseketeer hat with USPS stitched on the front. Doesn't inspire confidence.

The front steps are very dangerous and need to be repaired!

I have had 3 separate things get sent back to sender twice, 5 things that say they were delivered on March 18th that are not in my box, I went and checked again today. This is extremely frustrating because the tracking number says it was delivered and so I am unable to get a refund at the very least! No one is willing to help figure out why this has happened, very, very upset!!

Whatever you do, do not try and get any assistance from this office whatsoever. I needed to pick up an important package at the office and called several times to let them know. I also called this morning after tracking it to this office and let them know the tracking number, my info, and that I needed to pick it up. They said no problem, and told me to come in as late as possible. I went in this afternoon and not only had no attempt been made to hold the package for me, they sent it back at 3pm to the sender half way across the country. Give me a break. This is what tracking numbers are FOR.....they are the epitome of the unfathomable incompetence of an antiquated, broken, lazy system. So now, instead of simply holding it for an hour for me, they are going to transport it BACK across the country themselves, whereupon the sender will simply pick up the phone, call their competitor (UPS, FedEx), and send it back to me again, and have it delivered to my door. Ridiculous.

Great job, you saved the day. The 3 workers I spoke with helped me get my son's Christmas package to him. I used the wrong zip and the package was accidentally delivered to Breckinridge instead of Dillon. Thanks a millon to you and the driver that dropped the package off in Dillon. You went out of your way for us and I can not THANK YOU ENOUGH! Happy New Year

Absolute worst post office I have ever dealt with! They have stupid rules, they lose everything, they are unorganized, they are rude, the post master is a d***, and it just all around sucks. I just switched to a UPS box and it's so much nicer. I get all my mail from UPS, and FedEx. Also the owner is a complete sweetheart and I adore her. Also they let me and my husband be on the same box unlike the post office.

USPS.com file a complaint. Write one there and it will be read by someone with some authority.

I am a life-long local, left to go to school then returned post-graduation. When I lived in other places I realized that our PO in Breck is absolutely PATHETIC. An embarrassing excuse of a PO at best. How the staff there have been employed for this long without causing a community riot is a true mystery. As stated in 98% of the other reviews, they don't care about your post issues, they will not make an effort in any way to get things right, they constantly return packages to the sender- one time I had a honey baked ham sent to me over the holidays and my name was misspelled so they DONATED it to some place and I only found out because I got a thank you letter from the recipient. 3 out of 5 times your packages will. be. returned. I have things sent to a friend in Frisco to make sure it arrives. The sad fact is, the staff at this establishment seem to relish in their reputation.

I am really frustrated with the postal delivery in Valley Brook. I should say beyond frustration. I have not received a bunch of packages and I am missing many checks from clients that have had to reissue checks to me more than once. Now I am disputing some of the packages that said they were delivered and were not. I hope that we can find a resolution since a lot of people in VB neighborhood are missing packages and checks.
