I tried to call about a package delivered to the post office from Fed Ex marked as undeliverable by the post office and pick it up myself but no one answers the phone. What is the point of having a phone if no one answers?

do they not answer the phones. I need to know what happened to my mail, I keep ;getting the wrong mail delivered to my address & when I went to check my mail, the mail box is empty. where is my mail for the past 2 weeks????????????
