I asked for help to fill out a customs form for a return package., I have a issue with tremors and can't write. The form only required two addresses to be copied from the package. and write ( wig ) I was refused the assistance, therefore requiring another trip to the post office after I find someone to write the addresses for me. I'm very disappointed In the lack of service, and compassion of the postal worker. Asian woman 1st station on left at 230 pm 2/25/2019

I placed my mail on 6-1-2017 at the Bailey PO box outside because the door was locked. One of my envelopes was returned by a stranger by mail on 6-3-2017 that they found my mail on the floor on Hadley and Bright . This mail was important one for medical purposes and second it has alot of personal info. Are they having problems with the mail boxes outside?
