Pissed Off at the Post Office, a federal service I pay for!
The postal service from this post office in Watsonville is nonexistent. Our locking mailbox that services multiple addresses has been broken into such that the post office stopped delivering mail 2 months ago, before the Christmas holidays and they dogs not notify us in any way of this. I have checked several times and no one can tell me when the box will be replaced and delivery resumed or the name of the Post Master General at this office. Apparently there is a defensive wall between the lousy staff and the P.M.G. SO THAT NO COMPLAINTS MAY GET THROUGH. The staff does not approve of disgruntled, unhappy customers and they feel it is their right to condescend to and refuse service to such people if they do not like their "tone" of voice. I was told I was being rude for asking for an employee's name, who described themselves as a supervisor and then they told me to wait while they served a customer behind me instead of just stating their name for me. They also refused to give me the mail I came to pick up because my license lists a post office box rather than the address where the mail is not being delivered and I did not have a letter of authorization from the property owner to do this even though much of the mail is addressed to me since I manage the property. Imagine me maintaining a PO Box at another Post Office as my permanent mailing address! Go figure.
We need a NEW POSTMASTER in Watsonville,
Will not answer phones, operator not advailable to help .
The postmaster does not have management skills to run the post office, improper management of employees, customers can not call in,
Amazon delivery lost or not delivered, lies about delivery and package will get deliver days later, lost packages,
This is the Watsonville branch on Main Street. I have live at my residence for about 4 years now. Our mail person have left many of our packages out by the mailbox, which is on a very busy road. I recently ordered over a $100 worth of purchases and now I am out the money and purchases. It says that it was delivered on Monday 2/25 at 11:30 a.m. It states that it was delivered in/at mailbox. I never got it. They told me when I called that it probably got stolen because there are a lot of thieves in our area. If it had gotten put on our porch, I would now have my grandkids gifts. I am so frustrated, because we have complained numerous times about packages being left by the mailbox. I think the mail lady or the USPS need to pay so I can replace the gifts, But of course I am screwed out of the gifts and money.
For the last couple of years the mail person has been leaving my mail box door opened. My mailbox is water proof ,but it has to be CLOSED. I have taken my soaked mail to the post office twice but it continused to happen What am I supposed to do about this problem? My post office is the Watsonville branch. I would like some how to FIX THIS PROBLEM!!
I talked with a lady representative on Friday, May 11, 2018. She said the Watsonville, CA (95076) Post Office hours were 9:00 to 12:00n on Saturdays. This webside says that the Post Office is closed on Saturdays. What are the true hours???
Today 8/13/14 i was specting to receive a package that i have been tracking since departure to arrival i'm counting on this package to get my job done on schedule this package was delivered to the wrong adress.. NO WAY I COULD OFF MESSED UP ON THE ADRESS THIS CARRIERS NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FALLOW INSTRUCTIONS DO IT RIGHT I'M PAYING FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS FREE..
