Went to the main post office and had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with a woman clerk that simply said “Q” on her name tag. She was so rude to everyone that every person in line was talking about it and how disgusting of a person she was. I was sending two packages, once checked in she literally threw them both causing damage to both packages and it’s contents. She should be fired immediately!

Ygnacio Valley post office worker #9 & #14 unable to hear or read because wrong services on 5 certified return receipt electronic signature asked and wrote on the green slip written which clerk puts on the letter for tracking all were not correctly delivered 40% lost no signatures received on complaint letters to James Tatum the highest officer who manages Bay Valley Consumer Affairs staff who “should” call customers when complaints not fixed by local post office errors have become rampant three USPS boxes unable to get delivered critical certified letters signatures required every one wasn’t found at Pittsburg 94565 or Concord 94524 even with Informed Delivery not a single certified letter delivered local post offices Pittsburg actually had internal mislabeled post box numbers delivered all our legal mail to someone else or internal investigations to be performed for massive amount of internal postal supervisors failing to follow postal regulations sending back correctly addressed letters returned constantly unable to finish legal court cases because Pittsburg, 94565, Concord Hector Enriquez post box manager unable to hear or read returned certified letters we tried to pick up at the counter no slip in post box all weren’t found for delivery to us for 30 days then each post office sent those certified letters back to sender which never reached the original sender in San Jose or a Washington or my own certified letter returned to me that was lost! The post offices lose over 40% of certified tracking including violating regulations government ID isn’t checked handing mail to unknown people! Post offices software or sorters deliver deceased person’s mail to the son whose legal name was “ II” but cannot deliver the son’s mail correctly returning his mail and giving him his deceased father who died years ago clerks unable to read person’s legal name on the letters repeatedly promised those same errors won’t happen again by Chaznique Franklin, Sheryl Wood, Hector Enriquez postmaster Niles Troelstrup of Pittsburg and Concord Postmaster Raul Acosta the errors continued unable to get mail delivered to anywhere since eyesight problems severe in employees at lowest level of postal services. Consumer Affairs in Oakland fails to get responses from local post offices when cases escalated accountability for massive delivery issues shall never be resolved because nobody loses job! Internet required to file missing mail piece but post offices don’t have equipment to perform task no website access at post offices expecting customers to go to a library to file for refunds money never returned because forms are not provided. Time to lobbying your Congressman Mark DeSaulnier remove post office cheaper fiber optic cable provide each person pc pay internet electronic mail more efficient .

Our magazines in Walnut Creek are arriving torn up and battered - what is going on? It looks like they are getting caught in some sort of machinery? SO frustrating.

Okay today it's raining a box came and instead of putting on porch left just over 3' fence in the rain! Another package ~ 2 weeks ago left leaning against mailbox 4"x4" post on the street. Can you tell the mail 'people' packages should be left out of the rain and if possible out of sight! On the porch,

Sorry for complaining, but my mail has been delivered to a neighbor & the neighbor's has been delivered to me now & then. So far we've been lucky that misdelivered financial mail, medication & other important mail hasn't caused big problems. Please help.

So what is going on with mail delivery in Walnut Creek. It is getting worse and worse. I have had half a dozen amazon deliveries botched by Walnut Creek usps in the last 2 months. From: lying about delivery attempt that were never made while I was home Packages not delivered by the promised date Packages not delivered at all Packages left on top of the mail box by the street for everybody to see and take as they please: with today's mail theft why would you do that? Claiming delivery attempt but no secure location leave package while the package was left in the mailbox upon re delivery Claiming delivery attempt was made and a notice was left, when in fact no notice was left. I have to say the above is pathetic. All this in just 2 months. And that is not to talk about the many issues I have had prior to this but not related specifically to the Walnut Creek office, with packages not arriving or not being delivered, to postal clerks not filling out address labels correctly. I mean seriously? You do have some severely significant issue you ought to address. From being lazy to lying, you have got to do some serious soul searching. But then you may not care at all.

Please hold our mail for 2372 Buena Vista Ave, WC, CA 94597 for a week or so. We are experiencing a lot of theft and vandalism. We are in the process of installing in a new, locking mailbox on our curb. Thank you very much, Pearl

We had made a complaint with one of the post office workers a few weeks ago. She explained that some of the new workers were the ones delivering mail to our PO box. We have received countless amount of someone else's mail. We have even received someone else's medications. Our mail has been in our box opened; it was important documents that needed to be signed and the envelope had been torn opened. Not only do we receive other peoples mail, we aren't receiving ours. Our customers are having to pay fees to cancel their checks and reissue a new one because they aren't being delivered. We also have not received the medication that should be delivered to our PO box. Putting in a complaint with the workers there doesn't help or make the issue better.
