Horrible service and refusal of service. Postmaster refuses to speak to customers with questions. Employees refuse service to customers wanting to speak to the postmaster.

We are constantly having issues with our mail not being delivered on a daily basis. This is not acceptable! We are trying to run our business in an efficient manner and would appreciate if you could do the same! Please make sure your carrier delivers to our address on a daily basis or I will file a formal complaint.

To the postmaster in Walnut Creek. There was an incident outside of my home with my delivery gal and your very unprofessional supervisor. I am completely disgusted with the mouth and tone of the supervisor who yelled and belittled the carrier in front of many neighbors. She was yelling and carrying on, flipping her long braids. I wish now I had gotten involved. No one deserves to be treated like that in front of the world. If you're going to correct an employee, do it in private. Be professional. For goodness sake this is a government agency. I just hope the driver elevates this situation because I will be right there to give a testimony as to the unprofessional way this supervisor acted.

There are too many times that I have had to drive about the area to make sure other folks get their mail that has been delivered to me or appreciate that my neighbour's have done the same for me!

Did the post office stop delivering mail on a daily basis? We do not get mail for 2-3 days in a row. When the mail person is in the neighborhood he spends a lot of time sitting at the curb in his truck and reads the iPhone.

When I was in the post office this morning, a clerk came out to open another window and he was shouting out I can’t breathe I can’t breathe and doing fist pumps and saying Black Lives Matter Black Lives Matter. I did not appreciate that, and I thought government offices were supposed to be non-political. If your employees want to start chatting and shouting political messages, they should do it on their own time

I have been noticing that delivery on our street is not always being delivered. The post-person will skip our street all together.... This time the post person didn't deliver a package that i tracked, I NEVER RECIEVED IT .. IF they can"t deliver to the correct address ? then maybe they should get a different job This has been going on for over 2 years, this time i'm missing a priscription ... I am beyond mad at the incompitance

Your delivery sevice carriers are incompetent good for nothing... They haven't been delivering mail to our street for days. They skip houses and most days deliver after 8pm. I was supposed to recieve a package today and checked tracking, the identifing address was correct but the delivery driver wrote incorrect address. ??? really what is wrong with you people. This isn't the first time this has happened, for the last year you'll can't seem to get it right. When your drivers deliver mail pass 8pm you're allowing the thieves to steal our mail. You'll need to get your act together and start delivering mail on a timely fashion, like before 5pm..

LINDA, our new mail carrier, refuses to deliver our mail despite being instructed by her superiors to do so. This post office has no authority over their subordinates, and have told me they don’t know what else can be done after they’ve “ordered her to deliver your mail.” She simply refuses, the only time we get mail is when she isn’t working. My pregnant wife must go down to the post office in person to get the mail. She’s rude and defiant and apparently is in charge of her supervisors.

Went to the main post office and had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with a woman clerk that simply said “Q” on her name tag. She was so rude to everyone that every person in line was talking about it and how disgusting of a person she was. I was sending two packages, once checked in she literally threw them both causing damage to both packages and it’s contents. She should be fired immediately!

Our magazines in Walnut Creek are arriving torn up and battered - what is going on? It looks like they are getting caught in some sort of machinery? SO frustrating.

Okay today it's raining a box came and instead of putting on porch left just over 3' fence in the rain! Another package ~ 2 weeks ago left leaning against mailbox 4"x4" post on the street. Can you tell the mail 'people' packages should be left out of the rain and if possible out of sight! On the porch,

Sorry for complaining, but my mail has been delivered to a neighbor & the neighbor's has been delivered to me now & then. So far we've been lucky that misdelivered financial mail, medication & other important mail hasn't caused big problems. Please help.

So what is going on with mail delivery in Walnut Creek. It is getting worse and worse. I have had half a dozen amazon deliveries botched by Walnut Creek usps in the last 2 months. From: lying about delivery attempt that were never made while I was home Packages not delivered by the promised date Packages not delivered at all Packages left on top of the mail box by the street for everybody to see and take as they please: with today's mail theft why would you do that? Claiming delivery attempt but no secure location leave package while the package was left in the mailbox upon re delivery Claiming delivery attempt was made and a notice was left, when in fact no notice was left. I have to say the above is pathetic. All this in just 2 months. And that is not to talk about the many issues I have had prior to this but not related specifically to the Walnut Creek office, with packages not arriving or not being delivered, to postal clerks not filling out address labels correctly. I mean seriously? You do have some severely significant issue you ought to address. From being lazy to lying, you have got to do some serious soul searching. But then you may not care at all.

Please hold our mail for 2372 Buena Vista Ave, WC, CA 94597 for a week or so. We are experiencing a lot of theft and vandalism. We are in the process of installing in a new, locking mailbox on our curb. Thank you very much, Pearl

We had made a complaint with one of the post office workers a few weeks ago. She explained that some of the new workers were the ones delivering mail to our PO box. We have received countless amount of someone else's mail. We have even received someone else's medications. Our mail has been in our box opened; it was important documents that needed to be signed and the envelope had been torn opened. Not only do we receive other peoples mail, we aren't receiving ours. Our customers are having to pay fees to cancel their checks and reissue a new one because they aren't being delivered. We also have not received the medication that should be delivered to our PO box. Putting in a complaint with the workers there doesn't help or make the issue better.
