Since all the comments posted are negative ones, I decided to post a positive comment. Yes, it took a few tries because of 'line busy', but with auto-redial I did manage to get through. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful. I have no complaints.

WTF? Mo one answers the phone, and thats if you can even get it to ring. Usually its Busy. I've had several parcels "delivered" to me from Amazon that never make it to my home, yet the order says delivered to front desk. Its a home! There is no front desk! No wonder these jokes are doomed to go out of business...

Mail addressed to my son on Silver Aspen Way in Valencia returned to me yesterday with a printed label attached saying "RETURN TO SENDER NO SUCH STREET UNABLE TO FORWARD" My son lives there and says he has not been getting other mail recently. 2 March 2017. What is with that Post Office????

Terrible customer service. They leave a key in my mailbox that doesn't go to any of the parcel lockers at my mailbox. Why would they do that? Absolutely ridiculous. I called them to find out how to get my package but no one wants to help me. The supervisor won't even call me back. This is why everyone hates the Post Office.

The worst, I dropped off two small packages that were not scanned and took 10 days to deliver. Instead of the 2 to 5 days I paid for.

Absolutely unprofessional. They never answer the phone either. Horrible system that needs to be fixed and needs new employees that know what they are doing
