Why is my mail provider unable to deliver mail to the correct address. Neighbors bring my mail to me way to often or I receive someone's mail by mistake at least once a week. Now we had to cancel delivery of certain items for fear they could wind up in the wrong hands. Also the deliverer does not pick up the mail unless they have mail to deliver. What the heck is going on.

At the Beach blvd Stanton location, I came to ask about the service of holding mail that it seems I heard before but not ever done. When I was in line, a lady named Phuong from the side door said she could help; but I was surprised that she said the post office never holds mail for anyone. My intuitive thoughts told me what she said is not correct. I took time look around and voila, I found a yellow form allowing people to ask post office hold mail in a period of time and I got help from another lady at the windows after waiting in line. I write this so the office can train Phuong more or investigate why she said so; it seems to me that she appears to have kind of mental health.

I got my package 2 days after the inital arrival and the mail person does not even bother putting any effort in and I was lied to twice. The first time I called I was told that either there would be a key in the mailbox or the mail person would deliver it to my door. Niether of which happened when I checked the mail yesterday. Then I called this morning and was told that a mail person was going to pick up the package and bring it to the postal office so it can be in a safe place and I would pick it up tomorrow. I checked just got back from checking the mail and there was a key for the big mail box in the small mail box compartment. I finally got my package but the contents in the package and the package itself were damaged when the first mail person decided to shove the package in the small mailbox. I do not appreciate being lied to. I understand that the mail delivery people have to deliver to many addresses a day but show some respect to the people you are delivering to. It is not that difficult.

A package had to be delivered by USPS and its been a month. Still has not arrived and probably never will. Been on hold here for 20 minutes now for it. This crap service is exactly why i stopped buying stamps and using the post office cause the jerks just dont care and do not do their jobs at all. I won't even buy something online if they use USPS to deliver. It just isn't worth it. By having my bills paid online and not having to deal with USPS is a blessing. I give it 5 years and they'll be gone.

This is ridiculous. The mailman for 7100 Cerritos Ave., NEVER EVER WANTS to deliver the packages/shipments to anyones door. You literally see him arrive and just go to the mailboxes and then leaves. Then you get a notice stating you werent home or failed because of incorrect address. Which is complete bullshit because he never came/went to anyones door. Do your JOB!

I called four times today during business hours to make an appointment at the phone # 714-826-8830 but the phone kept on ringing. No office staff member cared to pick up the phone.
