I'm trying to pay for a 6 month extension of my p.o. box, but I can't online because they don't recognize my p.o. box, and I'm unable to link my p.o. box with my account even though it was my p.o. box that made me have an account in the first place. I'm p.o. box 43 and I'm put of the country. Please help me facilitate payment. No one answers at your phone number and I've been given a case number on the usps website over a week ago but as yet have not received and answer. I'm prepared to pay with a credit card. I'm at

Not so much a review as a question? The cost of my small PO Box just tripled in cost. As I recently went to pick up the mail in my lobby which used to be available to me and the 24 hour basis seven days a week I find that has now been reduced to Amir eight hours a day five days a week and only four hours on Saturday and now closed on Sunday. Highly inconvenient highly considering the hours that I work this came without any warning just a piece of paper posted on the door and way outside the hours that I work. It’s very frustrating when the prices are tripled and the access is tripled less. I realize that the United States Postal Service is dwindling in its employees do we have to pay the price for that? Please advise.

My neighborhood has not received ANY mail in the last three days. We would love to know what’s going on.

The owner of our MHP (Soquel Gardens) I saw watching the carrier twice one week and asking her questions as she delivered the mail (larger bank with 12 or 15 boxes). I thought something was fishy. I found out that she was trying to find out which units were not getting mail. Today found out she is wanting to revoke owners Rent Control Status. Isn't it illegal to snoop in on who is getting mail and who is not?

During the past month, we've had several letters and packages fail to arrive to our Soquel address (95073-2121), though we received notification from the senders that they'd been sent. One letter contained a check and one package contained medications. Our mailbox has a lock on it, so the problem seems to be with the local postal service. I hope someone from the Soquel post office will look into this.

Crappy service. Could not talk to anyone. I need to pay the rent for my PO box and the local office call doesn't go thru so I tried the main website. I was not able to reach a person and none on the selections offered payment.

Have had problems with mail being received in Soquel CA that involved money or items of value. Daughter still hasn't received money I sent her. Also sent envelope with necklace in it. The corner had actually been cut off...not torn...necklace was gone. Definitely a thief in the PO mail system.

I agree completely with the first comment! I also have a po box in the soquel post office that I've had for 10 years and although I moved about 7 miles away I keep my postal services at this office for the same reason. All of the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful with every transaction. Keep up the great work!

Everyone in this post office are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to do their job. I have held this postal box for 10 years although I have live in another town 45 minutes away. I don't change my box because I have never been in a more pleasant post office.
