VERY BAD SERVICE. I CONSTANTLY HAVE ISSUES EVERY TIME I GO HERE.

Very poor service. Can't get our mail delivered. It's just ridiculous.

This post office is the worst post office in my entire lifetime experience. I always get an issue with delivery of my mail/packages. Recently I was expecting a package from Amazon to be delivered on 3/9/2023, the post office received/accepted it 3/10/2023 but until now (3/15/2023), they have not delivered my package. I'm on informed consent and get notified of incoming mail for the day. There has been numerous times that this post office do not even come to deliver those mail citing "phony" excuses like "could not deliver due to access", etc. You call them on the phone, and they never answer the phone, you can't even leave a voicemail. When you file a complaint to the Postmaster General, that's the only time you get a call from them and give you excuses that their "short-staffed". Something needs to be done with this post office from the top down.

Cannot phone through to a live person to get my package held for pickup

Very bad service! They are not delivering my packages and when I go to pick them up at the lobby they say that they don’t have them that they are out for delivery..,three days no packages!

11 days without mail. Roads are clear of snow and access to mailboxes have been clear of snow. Maybe USPS could notify 95370 zip codes of why delay and when service may continue. Could have delivered 5 days ago

BAD SERVICE, HAVEN`T GOTTEN MAIL IN 2 DAYS. TRIED CALLING, GET DISCONNECTED.

My mail is going to all my neighbors- one neighbor left for 2 weeks and found important documents in their PO Box of mine!!!- HELP — SOS!!!!- I am suppose to be getting a check in the mail and my Christmas presents are scattered around the neighborhood!- what do I do???

Kiosk on Apple Valley Drive, south of Stanton Circle, has loading doors open (unlocked). Mail in each box is visible in the rear. 3:00 PM Saturday 11/13/21.

Since the new Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy (DeJoyless) took over the Postal Service delivery has been terrible! I often get notices that state “unable to deliver.” This is puzzling to me. After tracking and waiting all day for a package, on Friday afternoon to get that message at 4:45 pm sounds to me as though the postal clerk was ending their day. I have to wait all weekend to go in, for the post office to open. Get the post office running smoothly again. Fire DeJoy!

This post office "doesn't believe in masks" and refuses to wear them even when high risk customers are in the building. I visit this post office everyday where I've gathered a collection of photos where employees are refusing to mask up. When asked why they don't enforce masks, they said they are exempt from the mask requirement. You've been reported to the DCA.

Carrier left package and all of the mail sitting at the bottom of the stairs in the rain without letting us know ( late in the evening after dark). Also have bent and forced large Amazon packages into the mailbox. Horrible.

Do your office handle passport renewals?

I'm just confused as to why my packaged was not delivered and was updated as "access was blocked" when there was nothing blocking access, there were several people on site that could have received the package including myself, and on top of that we still got our mail delivered.. SMH for real

Not only is package late ,driver stated they attempted to deliver and didn't do so but was also dishonest about attemp time. When I tried to call sonora branch no one seems willing or able to answer the phone

Never yet has Package shipped as expedited package arrived within promised parameters. Delivery to my house as promised and claimed by USPS to my door has never occurred . Packages routinely are lost , damaged and at best late. Never have I received any pkg on time for 2yr

Dreadful service. Lost packages (three times in 6 months). Undelivered packages for no reason other than not wanting to drive down a dirt road (unpaved but in good condition) for 500 yards to deliver to house. No notices left in mailbox. Post office can't find the packages even though they have records of them arriving. No apologies for anything. Just a shrug from the supervisor.

I have several complaints concerning my mail delivery for the past few months it has been terrible! 1. mail doesn't arrive until between 4p.m.-8p.m 2. mail sent in my mail box, taken by the mail person, is lost, this has happened several times 3. mail received is lost,also happened several times, when the computer says it's been delivered to my address 4. when pkgs. are delivered to my home,the mail is not included with it. PLEASE HELP!!!

Never had problems picking up my Social Security check in the morning before until today when I am told not until 12:30 p.m. Highly irritating when Social Security Checks arrive at least 1 day prior to delivery. And my gripe is with one individual who has been at the register, at the door to pick up packages and mail, and now on telephone. Now I have to sit here and wait 3 more hours. She is rude. When I get her name I will return with the name.

I am unable to reach anyone at my local branch in Sonora regarding a ruined piece of artwork for a shop. I've got photographs of the damage done, it made it to buyer but part of it was torn and taken, and the mailing tube was sawed through and then retaped. It's beyond heinous to do this, and it hurts my business (and livelihood). This post office has surly, rude and downright disrespectful and unhelpful employees. I cannot understand why and how this could have happened.

PO box access hours are posted open 24 hours. But at 7am the doors were locked. Great customer service Sonora USPS.
