why are drive thru mailbox at simi galena office locked? at 100:00 am

What the hell is wrong with your personal. The mail person can’t put my correct mail in my box. It’s tax season. Get it right

Good day Simi Post Office,,, I completely understand in these times, that deliveries are very challenging for you. I live on Crazy Horse Drive. This is not a complaint, rather something I think you should know. Two days ago our mail arrived at 5:30 pm,,, no problem, it was not our usual Mail Lady,,, but yesterday, it arrived at 8:30pm,,, but here's the problem,,, I got other peoples mail in my box that I took to two different houses,,, and this morning a neighbor brought a very sensitive mail from the VA that arrived in his mail last night. Also while walking early this morning, I found mail laying on the street in front of mail boxes that looked like it must have been dropped. One last thing,,, this delivery person was leaving packages that would not fit in the mailbox just on top of the box,,, since in the past we have had mail theft in this neighborhood, I don't think it is a good idea to leave a package out when it is after day,,, please feel free to contact me ,,, 805-527-4109 if you have any questins,,, thank you for your time!

I have been living on country club drive for 2 years now. And I will say that the ONLY DOWNFALL is the usps. They don't deliver please packages on my door and I always have to go pick up from the post office. I honestly would mind it if they didn't lose my packages every single time. I'm not kidding 9/10 they misplace it. It happened today again and we were really stressing out. The lady at the desk looked for like 15 min. No luck so she took down my number ,again, & said she would give me a call if she found it. She never called. I went back asked to speak to the manager, he wasn't there so I asked to have him call me, he never did. After almost a full day of anxiety, we caught the mailman delivering today's mail, and we explained to him the situation. Luckily he was the one that tried delivering the first time. Anyways, I'm just here to give that mailman a great review. His name is Oscar and he went above and beyond for us. He personally went back to the postal office, found our packages and brought them to us that same day. No one in the office bothered to try and find it. So thank you Oscar. Thank you so much!

I have been trying to get someone from the post office in SIMI Valley California 93063 Four 2 days at this number, 805 526 9819. Cannot get someone to talk to what is going on with the mail in this area! Why I cannot get someone on the phone????

Why is my mail being late.

I got misinformation multiple times and no assistance at the post office. This is the most poorly run organization I have ever experienced in my life!

Our regular mailman retired last year and the new ones that are doing this route still can't get it right. At least once a week we don't recieve our mail and we get mail from different houses. If the mail does arrive it arrives late. It's 6:07 pm today and the mail has yet to arrive.

Yesterday, 3/17, when I got home there was a package on my porch that was delivered (wrong address.) I put it and my own outgoing mail in my curbside mail box this morning 3/18. When I got home today, neither the package, nor my outgoing mail had been picked up. I will now have several bills with overdue charges. Years ago the regular letter carrier told me that we were NOT to raise the flag on our mail boxes because there was a problem with thefts. The mailbox would be checked every day. If you have changed that policy, you must notify your postal customers. If it has NOT been changed, you must make sure all carriers, including temps know to stop at every mailbox even if the flag is down. If there was a temp on my route this week, this would make the second time I have been passed by because the temps were never told about the policy.

It is 5:22pm on Monday, Oct. 17th, 2016 and no one has picked up our mail.
