Service is horrendous. Packages get los. Packages dumped by the entrance of the building. delivery people are lazy to go to the second floor in spite of the note on the mail box. You can never reach anyone at the annex phone number listed, it just rings for ever.
Waiting for a USPS parcel delivery to address number 1230, clearly labelled. It was delivered to 1201 ?? They even got a signature from a complete stranger and did not check the name. Thank god for the honest people in 1201 who returned it. Still not delivered to 1230, 5 days later. What a service!! Never again. Stick to UPS or FedEx
Had a package sent through UPS who used USPS for the final deliver. Packaged was scanned as being delivered at 10:22p.m. That alone should be reason enough to give up on them. Once a package is scanned as delivered hard to prove case for theft - which obviously happened. Alternatives minimal - crooks everywhere
I submitted change of address over one week ago, all I requested was for mail to change delivery from the main house which is under construction to the apartment in the back, over the garage. I ran into my mail man a few days after the address change and he said he would deliver the mail as requested. 6 days later, I am still not getting my mail. I am unwell and regularly need medical information and lab requisitions from daily mail. This is far from acceptable and I am filing a complaint in this email. What is wrong with my mail man that he can't deliver my mail? This is atrocious behavior and completely unacceptable. I would appreciate any help you can offer me. Thank you
Was awaiting keys I needed for place I am flying to. Why was the pkg delivered to a business at 615pm?? lied on tracking site because there was no note left, no delivery attempted next day. now there is no indo re where it is . Called branch, both phone numbers repeatedly - NO ANSWER on either, finally a live person who took no info then put me on hold for 15 minutes. I GAVE UP!! where is the service? where is my pkg? WHERE IS ACCOUNTABILITY? THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS and we paid for 2 day priority. No wonder you will lose your jobs to FEDEX. NEVER had such poor experience. will never use USPS again. This needs to be addressed. It is now day 3 and I have no way to get info or anyone to answer. WHERE IS A SUPERVISOR??? have to go to the branch to try and solve this. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. NEVER send anything through them if you care about timely delivery or service.
We have a trouble at that post office with one of your employees. She keeps avoiding our employee that we send almost every day to mail lots of mail. That worker of yours always hides behind the door when she sees the customer approaching. She says she is going lunch yet she is helping other customers after our girl leaves. Antagonism is directed against white women at that post office. To be more specific it would be called racism. One of Your workers there named Robert claimed to be super "hero" vice (viser? whatever he calls himself) was very aggressive with our employee. He thinks he is a cap and tires to act like one. He harassed our girl. Since you have changed the location, there have been many incidents at this particular post office. We will take actions if the situation will not improve.
The absolute bottom of the barrel, always has been even when it was just the place you went to pick up held mail or packages. They have mis-delivered my social security check to the wrong address twice now. Lucky for me the people who received it were honest and hand delivered it to me. Nightmare. And forget about the parking, where if you FIND a space, the tail end of your car sticks out into the street and can get whacked by people turning onto the street from Olympic.... if it's not a compact your car is liable to be toast. Wait until the Metro goes through and cuts the already inconvenient location off from the rest of town even more than it already is. The horror.
