Steven the passport guy is the worst, poorly trained, gives false information, unprofessional, rude. He shouldn’t have such power he is abusing it. He shouldn’t be working with the public with his trash attitude. Waste of salary and tax dollars

Professionalism, knowledge of systems and service with a smile. Like an old time, small time post office.

Could you please let me know if the locks on the outside boxes are to discourage usage? I dropped a piece of mail there yesterday and hesitated to place it in the box, but went ahead anyway since there were no signs saying not to and bring your mail inside. Please let me know.

On 7/1/21, I made a purchase + certified mail. I used my Visa card, & apparently forgot to retrieve it. Fortunately, it was returned to me by mail. I am partially handicapped, but want to thank the San Marcos postal personnel for returning my card. Take good care! Thanks Tom Sundeen

I am so thankful for my mailman, John. He provides excellent service and always with a smile! Amazing accomplishment with the loooong days you all serve with the HUGE increase in mailed items. Keep up the great work and fabulous attitude in an often thankless job. I appreciate you!

Just this past week alone, our postal carrier has misdirected two parcels, and not left the key to the mail locker with a third parcel. 3 parcels in one week not received and have gone missing. Since moving into our new home, we routinely, at least once a week, have neighbours bring us mail that has been put in their mailbox. This has been going on for the past 5 months. How is this level of non-service even allowed with our mail.

My high blood pressure Rx was supposed to be here today through USPS. When I checked my mail today it I found a notice that said my house was "vacant" (we've lived in this house for 11 years) and that "Carriers do not remove this notice and do not delivery in this box" (sic). I own this house and have never authorized this. I prefer not to make this so public, but I cannot find another place to explain my situation. I need this medication by Monday morning, especially now, and at this point I have no idea here it is.

Went to drop off some letters on a Sunday to mail and the outside and inside chutes to put the mail in were all locked ? I was trying to get my letters out first thing Monday morning. Is this something new? What are the hours to drop off letters now?

This is not a problem about the mail carrier they've been wonderful. But over the last 3 days we have gotten no legitimate mail except for promotional advertising. As a physician I'm used to getting journals and several pieces of mail from my organization etc. this is very strange that nothing has been received and I would appreciate if you don't look into this. Thank you Nancy Solomon M.D.

Almost every comment/problem already mentioned has happened to me. Mail delivered to my neighbors, or strangers. Notes left at my door saying they were sorry they missed me, while I stayed at home waiting for the pkg. to come, and the doorbell or knock never came. Terminal busy signal when calling the office. I even followed the tracking on a package sent to me, and it said it was handed to the resident. Definitely wasn't handed to me. Seem to have a different mail carrier every few weeks. I have issued complaints that go unanswered. I now go out of my way to avoid using the Post Office altogether. What once was a cherished and friendly entity, is now an act of futility to get mail.

This is the worst Post Office employees are rude. They deliver our mail top the wrong address all the time. Neighbors get our mail. They lost a package and claim it was delivered then claimed they had no idea what postal person delivered it. Basically the supervisor said too bad on not receiving the package, too bad your out money.

Bad experience with the supervisor when I complained about my mail not reaching the recipient in time. She was rude, unapologetic. It would have been ok with me if she admitted that "I don't know the answer & let me try to find out for you". I let that instance go but today I got a return to sender birthday card I mailed October 25th, certified & the post office delivery woman today handed me the card. Same attitude as the supervisor, unapologetic. I am done with this post office & moving somewhere were in the employees esp the management will do their job & treat the customers better. How come they choose people in the management who are unfit to do the job? On the positive side, the ones on the counter are mostly respectful, nice.

I have filled out 3 forms at the post office over 4 months to change my address from the house to the P O Box permanently since we have had mail stolen. 3 times!!! Now I get to stand in line to pick up my packages IF they can even find them. Today I find a note in the mailbox that I have to go onto usps.com to "forward your mails". Go online to do this to find that they need my cc# and will charge me $1.05. Are you kidding me?!?!? According to the bottom of this website it isn't even run by the USPS. Wish I could avoid USPS altogether!

Cost me a penalty on my taxes (more than $1000) because I went to the post office and the last collection time from this website was incorrect. It stated 5:30. I showed up at 5:05 and their last pickup was 5:00. This website looks like it belongs to the USPS, but it is not. It is not. VERY VERY MAD.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Susan Gouda (couldn't understand her muttering) put me on hold when I called, I left my house after 5 min.s and drove there, got to the counter, and told the representative that I had been on hold for 14 mins now, and sure enough Susan, the one who answered the phone and put me on hold was standing by the front of the line, picking her nails… When I approached her with my issue, she basically told me too bad, call the Postal Inspector. I asked for the phone number and she told me to look it up online. No wonder why everyone is switching to UPS, FedEx, and the other delivery services. Due to people like Susan, the post office will eventually lose business and continue the furlough days. TO ALL ANGRY POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES: Thank Susan for your furloughs, not to budget cuts, but loss of business from her...
