Got email saying package delivered today 3/19/2023(Sunday)and package was left in parcel locker,so I went to check my P.O. Box nothing there no keys nor package inside my box,but I hear workers in back,I ring the bell wanted to ask about an email regarding my package, young Spanish man open the door says “We’re Closed” and slams door,WOW !!what professionalism

I need the insurance info regarding being hit by postal truck number 0219089 on February 20, 2022 I have still not received any insurance information from you regarding this accident. There is significant damage to my car. Thank goodness no one was hurt.

I have repeatedly asked (in writing) the mail carrier on my route not to put soft packages into my letter box as I have limited feeling in my hands due to a medical condition and I spill the contents of the box. It is also difficult to pick up the mail I have spilled do to the same condition in my hands and because I am 86 ears old and not good at bending over. The tone of the first 2 notes has been calm and explained my reasons. The last one was more demanding. Please help.

This is a good post office. You can park right out front, the lines are generally not long, and the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.
