Our recent mail has been left in front of our door OUTSIDE and not into the mail slot, INCLUDING THE VOTING BALLOTS. I am missing a package today that was supposed to have been delivered. Please make sure to insert the mail all the way through the mail slot.

I want to send a note to you about a letter carrier who gives and has given superior service to my family - Karen Joseph. She does her job with such joy that we are always happy to see her. She knows us and if we happen to see her, she gives us a smile, an encouraging word and moves along quickly. I hope she might receive some sort of recognition from the Post Office. She is a treasure.

I've never had so many problems with the USPS as I've had since moving to San Francisco. It's one calamity after another and nobody ever answers the phones at the stations so you have to go through the national number and hold for eternity. They truly suck.

I had a package sent to this post office on 11/07/2016 and it was never delivered. I have called and so has the recipient been calling to have it redelivered. It still has not been redelivered. I keep calling the USPS postal service and no body has been able to help. They can't even tell me where my package is. Can someone please help me.

After years of my company and I patronizing this place, I've finally had it, especially with the Chinese lady who wears a red jacket (named Eleanor). She has got to be the rudest most terrible USPS clerk I've ever encountered. She's very annoying, will yell Chinese in your face when talking with her colleagues (about you!) and will manipulate their rules when she feels lazy. All of course under the excuse of not wanting to have a long line which is never supposed to be my responsibility. When I bring multiple ready-to-mail packages with clear labels, she'll want to give me equivalent stamps and have me do it myself, instead of using the machine to generate a stamp. This process would have unnecessarily cost me way more money than the appropriate cost of the stamp. I would only bring in max 15-22 packed books, yet she'll be lazy and start talking s**t about me to her co-workers and they'll be looking at me (as if I don't know what their talking about). Her demeanor is appalling and she lacks the most basic professional skills to work in a demanding environment - tries to treat the post office like it's her personal shop. With that in mind (Horrible Clerk #20 named Eleanor - a Chinese woman in a red jacket with pink strips of hair) , I would recommend that you stay away from her and this office all together.
