I understand the post office staff is short but delivering mail at 9:30 pm or saying you drop the mail off and you didn't is going too far. I have been without medicine for a week...because they can't find it or they say it's on its way. They don't answer the phone...not to mention I am disabled. When I call the 1800 number, nothing but a robot.

Bayview postal office needs to be reformed. The postal manager needs to be replace. We are being racial profiling base on the area because there will be days that no mail would be delivered. And when we finally get mail can be delivered at late night. No respect for the Bayview Hunterpoint residents. I have reached out to official regarding my concerns. Packages are being marked as delivered that never comes. We want to be treated equally . I have checked on the lower parts of the Bayview where gentrification and economic standards are respected. Mail being delivered to that class of people daily. Black lives Matter. We want better for our community .

We had a package delived to our home and it was held at the post office. At first, they couldn't find it in their delivery area, but John searched for over 30 minutes and found our package. We are so thankful for him going the extra mile to retreive our package. Friendly service throughout and it made our experience of a lost package a good day overall. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and making us feel welcome in the neighborhood! - Marcus Drew

Terrible mail service..Lazy postman doesn't ring bell, leaves package notice in box, delivers mail sporaticaly, sometimes does not deliver mail at all, comes at 8am and 5pm. Ridiculous. I miss the old mail carrier. B. Gest 171 Bridgeview Dr. 94124

This post office makes things very convenient for folks in the area who walk and do not have a car. But the delivery service is something to be desired. Sometimes there are usually long lines because there is only 1 (out of 5) window open. Sometimes no one there at all when you walk in. The personnel change over isn't helpful. And the delivery person(s) frequently misdeliver or return to the sender important mail for some unknown reason. I remain hopeful that service will improve, but it surely has declined over the past 25 years., I live less than 1 block from this post office and frequently the mail is not delivered until way after 4pm, if at all. On a brighter note, the front line people, the delivery people and upper management also appear pleasant and attentive.
