I have an address that has been changed by the county and only the county and usps know this I’m not going to be harassed everytime I have to come in contact with the post office if I use the county address they never deliver my packages so I went back to the original address and try to never use the postal service but so happens I as a customer cannot always choose who ships my package . Please stop the harassment and threats that our our mail is going to be sent back bad business

The website says the post office lobby is open until 8 pm, a reasonable hour. Instead the dam lobby is sleeps always locked early, tonight it’s locked at 6:52 pm. Either keep the dam lobby open during the posted hours, or change the dam website hours posted here. What the heck usps???

I went to mail a package. Young window clerk went thru the normal routine: no hazardous materials, cost options given. I selected least expensive per screen: ground, 2-3 days, $9.90. Put my $10 on the counter. She said. The cost is $15.xx. I said you just told me it was $9.90. She responded: 'I said it started at $9.90. This is an oversized box (which she did not measure) so it costs more'. Back on forth with 'what I heard' to 'what she said'. Finally asked her to just stop talking. She cancelled my transaction and had someone from the back come out front, advising 'I was rude to her'. Turns out, after older clerk measured the package, it was not over-sized and the cost would be $9.90 for the 2-3 day delivery. I found the young clerk argumentative, defensive. Inappropriate for a person working in service. First time in 9 years I've ever been treated in this way by a post office employee.

I’ve had a sour opinion of USPS workers in general. Past experiences dealing with the workers have mostly been laborious and impersonal. Many mailing issues have been abandoned on my end due to the lack of resolution on their behalf. Overall I could sweep the lot of them as unhelpful and miserable. Moving to San Andreas didn't have too many perks for me. However, the staff working at the USPS on Russell Rd always left me leaving with a smile on my face. The girls are so genuine and kind. The gentleman always went above and beyond. I adored the individuals I dealt with commonly and I’m sad that I probably wont have a similar experience anywhere else. I respect the fact that they have very large and endless workloads and appreciate how hard they worked to keep things going during the COVID break. I appreciate you guys at USPS in San Andreas very much and hope to have a similar experiencett anywhere else I may reside (doubtful).

This place sucks. If you dont get their between 9-4:30 you are screwed at getting your packages. They do not have boxes to put your packages in & leave a key in your box so you can get your package. Anyone who works til 5pm is out of luck. I will be changing my post office, I will not hand you my money anymore.

How much does it cost for a new post office key, and how long does it take to get it?

After hours lock boxes would be nice. It is not always possible to get there before 4:30-pm.
