I do not recommend using USPS unless you want to lose your package and waste your time calling them only to be ignored. The customer service is horrible my package had been missing for more than a month... it’s not replaceable and no one has reached out to me with answers. I tried calling customer service and they tell you to fill out the missing mail info but after 15 times of doing that with no results shouldn’t someone reach out. Someone should try to help but the don’t care about their customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR PROBLEMS. Don’t use their service they will ignore you and keep telling you a bunch of lies.

My wedding bouquet is stuck in the Richmond Post Office. I tried to call and no one answers. It says it's invalid or rings until a busy signal happens. I need my bouquet for my wedding next weekend and they're completely unreachable. I have a friend in the bay who can go to this post office to pick it up, but I need some communication. How is our great USPS failing so badly?

My package was supposed to be delivered on June 1st. It's been in transit since then. I called my local USPS and they told me it's in Richmond. Now I am afraid I'll never get it. I keep calling the USPS in Richmond to try to get some answers but it just rings. Something needs to be done about this facility and losing so many packages!

A very important letter was sent to me by certified mail over a week ago. I still have not received it. At no time was I or my wife made aware of an attempted delivery although someone was home all the time. I just checked the tracking number and it indicates that delivery was attempted but not executed because of "animals." We have two dogs, like many other people to whom I assume deliveries are made, and neither are hostile. No one rang the door bell, or knocked on the door, because one of us would have heard it, especially if our dogs were barking. If an attempted delivery did take place, I was given no such notice of attempted delivery or information how to obtain the letter. How do I find and obtain this letter that I should have received over a week ago?

My package has been tarcked to this location 19 days ago per eBay tracking. It originated from China. Now what do I do? Have a HOLD time with your department for the next 55 minutes to see what can be done. Is there a known delay or so u have insider postal thieves??

My package has been at this location since dec. 14. I guess it won’t be by Christmas. 92419999985330573054551018

I'm still waiting on a letter-size parcel from India that was shipped a month ago. Two weeks to reach San Francisco I can understand, but then another week before being sent across the bay to Richmond??? And then another week before it presumably was "processed through" Richmond??? Anyhow, it has been yet another week and I still haven't received it. If Richmond can't handle its job, then route international mail through another post office that can.

I ordered some vehicle parts for my vehicle so I can pass an inspection mandated by Japanese law. Without this part I am down a vehicle and can't complete the inspection until this parts are on. Why the hold up?

I ordered DVDs on ebay and I bought from two separate sellers, from two different States and each time my packages reach Richmond, CA post office it ends up getting lost and never reaching me. I asked the seller on ebay and they sent me a copy to show me that records show that it has not left Richmond, CA and this was a week ago. The seller sent it first class which means it should have and would have arrived to within five days of it being sent out (June 7th it was mailed out). I still have not received this item or the item I ordered over three months ago. Someone needs to look into why the Richmond,CA post office ends up losing our mail. Very frustrating....a

Paid $17.50, for two day shipping. Today is third day, no package delivered!!, yet! Looks like a street hustle!! That's a lot of money to pay for shipping from San Diego, to San Fran. bay area. I don't recommend this service, a rip off!!
