Mimi and Christian were delightful and handled a long Christmas line quickly and calmly! They were also really social and funny! Mimi made my passport application process super easy and had a lot of helpful information!

Our central box for mail delivery in South Redlands has been completely broke into about 10 times over the last 3 years. When asking the post master what they will do about it (you know like get the F******* postal "inspector" to f****** do their f****** job), they have no reply, other than we will fix it. The fix only means another opportunity to break into their pathetic mailbox. Now, if you can't secure our f****** mail correctly, then f****** deliver it to our doorsteps.

I went there once to send a package and this fat guy in a Post Office shirt behind the counter was smug and rude. I'm certain Newman on "Seinfeld" was based on this jerk.

All I can say is I’ve had a package sitting here for close to 3 weeks. No movement. That’s ridiculous. Have never had an issue like this and I order online a lot.

I haven’t received mail in days. I’ve already been made aware mail will be delayed but this seems more than just delayed. If we aren’t going to receive mail, can the public be made a aware?!

Received email from Informed Delivery that I had mail. Called customer service number because the local number is not working. NO MAIL RECEIVED. Not just for me but for 10+ addresses on Olive Ave (my block). Every time there is a sub for our regular carrier this seems to happen. But this time is unusual. This mail was something I needed. I have reported it and will continue to do until the Postal Service hires people who can and will do the job!! They take a Civil Service test to prove they can read, but it seems they just throw new people to the wolves instead of training them. But to skip a whole section of street?!

My dad was a postal worker for 28 years and my mother was the first female post master in the inland empirw. The took exceptional pride in what they did for a living. But redlands can't get their stuff together. 12/27 Expecting a very important package yesterday. Tracked it from shipper all the way to usps facility in redlands. Saw it out for delivery waited all day watching mailbox until midnight. None of my mail never dropped. I did see driver around 8pm but he was speeding off south towards colton ave i yelled, saw him hit brakes, but he didn't stop. I check my tracking this morning says they tried to make drop, no one was home, and there was no where safe to put it. BULL CRAP. I was also expecting a check in the mail which I didn't get. If there was no place to put my package, then where's my regular mail???? There was plenty of room in my mailbox. Another time around mothers day I ordered flowers from ftd. The driver saw no one was home so he decided to throw my package overy my backyard fence where my rottweiler aND mastiff run a muck. Did they compensate me, nope. They saI'd they will talk to driver. I have lost faith in the redlands postal service. Everyday is a roll of the dice with getting your mail. Their solution! Keeping the phone off the hook. Bravo guys you should be very ashamed of yourselves and how your district is ran.
