I am so tired of calling the numbers listed for this office! NEVER do they answer!!! I am tired of not getting my mail on certain Saturday's. At least two Saturday's a month or sometimes within a five week period my entire block does NOT receive any mail. WTF!!!! And I know for a fact it is not my regular postman missing us because I ask my.

I keep calling the number and they keep letting it ring or answer the phone and hang up. I called the 1-800 # and they couldn't answer my question they referred me back to Pomona post office. I let them know I have been trying to contact them and they told me to call 714-662-6215 and file a complaint. So I will do just that, please help get this resolved.

I tried calling the 1267 # and it rang for 5 min before an automated voice said this mobile # is unavailable and saying to call later. I'm trying to apply for a passport and they said to make an appointment....So I'm supposed to come in person TWICE?
