Absolutely in competent, when they make a error they are completely inept in correcting it, most of the time they don't pickup their phone. Mail is routinely is misdelivered, if they were a business they would be bankrupt ... wait a minute

I’m not sure what’s going on at the post office. I moved to a new address in March. Let’s make it the end of April filled out all my online change of address information. Got a receipt with a big green checkmark. And have nothing but trouble with the mail where I’ve gone to. It’s incredible is the joy that bad of a postmaster general that he can’t work this out, I’m getting mail from people who aren’t even my name with a new label with my name and new address on it. I’m getting bills from people in seal Beach. I’m getting mail from other people in PV. I have no idea how this is going on, but it needs to be fixed before we start doing voting again somehow we got a to get rid of the postmaster general Dejoy I have seen nothing but he’s done that’s improved our mail. He’s slow down he’s charging us more and he can’t even get people to put labels on the correct mail.

Just wanted to chime in on the poor postal service experiences that listed below for this post office. Looks like a new carrier again, although there seems to be a new one every week or so with absolutely no consistency in delivery time. In fact there have been times when no delivery occurred on a weekday and then a big delivery occurs on the next day. Looks pretty much like a random process with many errors since folks are not required to know how to read mailing addresses (perennial misdelivery to another street with the same home number and never see the expected mail again). This time carrier refuses to deliver due to the fact that cars are parked legally on the curb (and not necessarily by me in front of my house). All the post office can do is read regulations to me, even though I am paying their wages to deliver the mail. Was also told the lie that delivery could not be made in my case even though there is plenty of room to drive up to the mail box. I bet the carrier goes to a gym for exercise, do you want to bet? And to add to this pathetic insult, this carrier actually delivered my neighbor's mail into my mail box which is federal law violation. Of course, this violation is rampant due to the aforementioned numerous instances of mis-delivered mail. No wonder folks want the post office to be shut down. Next step is the regional post master to reiterate the long litany of error of this post office (so funny last time, since the response from them to our complaint was actually misdelivered itself!). And so goes the continual decline of any standards of quality of anything in this once great country...

Our packages are not being delivered. Our address is 4220 Miraleste Drive, RPV-90275. We track our USPS packages, however on delivery day, no delivery is made and we get a notice that no authorized recipient was present when we were at home. The delivery man did not ring the bell or deliver the package. This has happened multiple times. Once the delivery man rung the bell and then just left, when we came out to receive the package he was walking to the mail truck, he saw us and just left instead of turning back and giving us the package.

I have never been treated so rudely. I have had the misfortune of being helped by the same woman twice at this location and she is by far the most rude and unhelpful USPS employee I have ever met. I left both times fuming due to the lack of ability to answer basic questions without being condescending. I will be returning once more in the hopes of getting her full name and filing a report with the station manager at this location. I never leave reviews and have not ever taken the time to file a complaint about an employee of any establishment before, but this level of complete lack of basic ability to preform once job is shocking.

I am fairly new to the PVP post office and have a PO box there. I am not getting much mail there for whatever reason. I did speak with a postal clerk yesterday about paying my box rent. She was distant and quite unprofessional plus didn't answer my questions regarding the name on my box. She says she's in charge of the boxes. She is not transparent by any means. Who is the supervisor at this location?

you suck. You said you couldn't deliver a letter because I wasn't home. You gave me a phone number to call about it but that didn't deal with my problem. You had a website to call which said my address was invalid. 1420 Via Coronel Palos Verdes Estates I know my address. I have lived here for 24 years. Deliver my letter from the Society of Actuaries. It is a simple letter (a bill) Open the mail box and put the letter in the mailbox. Then close the mailbox lid (You never do that . It isn't that hard) Get your act together or quit your job

I was informed my package was delivered to my mailbox on Tuesday at 4:24. NOTHING was delivered at 4:24. My mail was delivered at 6:35. There was no package - a very IMPORTANT package. Today another package was left on my doorstep (it was long and low and I tripped over it - who puts a package like that in the doorway?) This package was to a home on the other side of the hill. What is going on in Valmonte. I want my package, I will personally deliver the one that doesn't belong to me and I do not want to be told again that Valmonte is a training area and we just have to live with this lousy service (I was told this when my vacation hold was not honored and I ended up with half the mail belong ing to others). Now I have to make a trip to the main post office and I hope they will track down my package. I don't want to put in a claim, I want the Post Office to do their job.

Unfortunately a valued postal worker has left the Malaga Cove Annex and now we are lucky to get mail in our box that belongs to us. We are missing bills that we know are due to be paid, and god only knows what mail we have had put in mail boxes other than our own ! Either someone there is dyslexic, or can't see that well, or just isn't paying attention. We pay for a USPS Postal Box in order for our important mail will not be taken by vandals at the street level, and now we are faced with this nightmare. Can someone please look into this ? It has gone on long enough.

Then she pjt me on hold for 20 mins. When ahe came back, she told me that the earliest passport appointment for Saturdays is on Septemenr. Then ahe put me on hold again and it sounds that she's not coming back anymore. I am using my cell phone and iya eating up my minutes!! I had a very bad experience with a female postal worker at the Palos Verdes branch on Sat. Aug 6 at 1:39pm. Originally, I mailed my large envelope via self-service but it was returned to me for more postage, so I went to the Lomita post office and it was closed so rechecked my weight and it was same as when I mailed it before ($1.99). I then drove to the Palos Verdes office, and the women asked me what was in the envelope and I said papers and she said well this is padded so this is a parcel and the cost is more. Most importantly to me this women talked to me with contempt in the south they call it "ugly". I said this is not a parcel and she actually said to me loud for all to hear "you are trying to cheat the post office". I could not believe the unprofessional demeanor of this women - the difference was $1.82 and I was not cheating anyone. I hope you can find this women some help as she is a detriment to the post office or any business.
