The NEVER answer the phone. Have called several times with a simple question, never an answer. Agree service is pretty good in person, but for a simple question service via phone does not exist. Most off just get a continuous ring. Other times, they do something to the phone so it does not ring at all. Or after ringing many many times, it simply hangs up. I am sure the people that work there would not like to be treated this way if they were on the customer side of the counter. Thanks.

They open at 08:00. No matter how close to their opening time you call, they NEVER, EVER answer the telephone and the greeting still states Amado Road though they moved to Sunrise in April 2021.

The Palm Springs post office does a great job. The few times I’ve had issues they have been very helpful and responsive!

333 Amado Road is an empty building. Appears like it was a postal office long time ago.

Another failure. I ordered a packaged to be delivered to my attorney with specific instructions for M-F, during office hours. I received notice today, Sunday, that it was delivered by USPS and left outside the door! All offices in the building are closed Sat/Sun and the corridors are not secure. No one is available at the Post Office to register my concerns.

A female employee at the Amado location on 7/23 was wearing her mask below her mouth and nose while helping customers, failing to wear her mask properly.

I stopped our mail for three days 7 days early. The still delivered the first day. Tried to call to make sure mail was on the truck for delivery today. No one is answering the phone at the USPO in Palm Springs. Glad we are moving in the next few months.

Hi, this is a serious issue. Please treat it that way. I have NOT received mail for 4 weeks now! This is insane. I went to the USPS branch and told them. That was a few days ago. I still haven't received any mail! It's bad because of the fact that I expect a tax return AND the $1,200 check from the government. I'm beyond words by now. p.s. I received a phone call this Thursday from a Bob at USPS and he told me to tell him if I receive the mail, (I haven't). So, I called back every day only to find out that NOBODY is picking up the phone. And we are talking about the main phone number at USPS in Palm Springs. At this point i just don't know what else to do to get my mail.

Haven't had a delivery in 5 days - went to the P.O. and spoke to someone identified as a manager and she told me it was due to a broken mailbox and it was scheduled to be fixed today and my mail would also be delivered. Still no mail and the mailbox was never broken - I've been opening it daily to check for mail. My neighbor was told the delivery delay was because they are short of staff - he retrieved his mail across the counter at the Post Office. Isn't there a Federal requirement that mail is delivered daily ??? Can they legally withhold mail liveries due to people being on vacation??

Long lines seem the Norm. The Post Master seems to be just an INVISIBLE position, collecting a paycheck and not managing the Postal facility. PO employees are constantly traipsing about behind the PO counter but never help customers, especially those customers who do not have monetary transactions which most PO employees could be of assistance but do nothing to help cut down the lines!
