I live in an Orangevale residential area. My postal carrier REFUSES to pick up my out-going mail…. I have put stamped envelopes in my mail box 6 times that I want the carrier to pick up -and put up the red flag, of course- but it was never picked up. I even put a sticky note the very last time & wrote: Post Office mail carrier, please take this to mail it. Nothing has ever been picked up. Does the Post Office not take our mail that way any more? I am disabled & have no transportation to go mail it myself and this is causing me huge problems.

Ordered a 60 dollar roll of stamps. Orangevale post office says they delivered them. THEY DID NOT!!! I contested the charge and they simply said no refunds. So the post office ripped me off.

We are not impressed with workers that close the doors at least 10 minutes early! As we tried to get out mail before our trip and was there by 6:22 pm only to find the doors already locked!! There was at least 5 of us that needed in the lobby!

Very displeased to find my prescription in an envelope too large for mail slot to be on the ground outside my gate which isn’t locked. My street is very busy and anyone could have picked it up. At the very least mail person could have put it inside the gate. Usually it would be brought to my door if too large.

I called Orangevale Ca post office. The lady said I would get a call back and still no call. She sai she has a photo of the box in a postal locker . She said that my package was delivered to a community box On June 8th but my friend (the recipient ) never received a key in their mailbox . I put in a dispute and got a message saying that this has been resolved but it has not. If they lost my package I need reimbursement.

According to Postal tracking package was delivered to postal locker at my location, however, key was not left in mailbox or else left in someone else's mailbox. Have been waiting for over 3 weeks. Then it is very difficult to reach a real person at post office via phone.

Your carrier stuffed a thick, thick priority mail envelope into a narrow box and there is no way I can remove it. I hope a postal employee can remove it and the contents are not damaged.
