I was sent a package:9241990250072800255961 The Tracking section says: Accepted December 9, 2020 at 3:54 pm Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending ORANGE, CA 92866 This means nothing to me, I have tried to call to get more explanation unsuccessfully. This means the problem is within the Postal Service, who lost the package, at a significant loss, for me and the seller!!

I have tried to call 10 times about a package that says was delivered but it was not on my porch and I checked 5 minutes after the notification came through my phone that it was here. Now I have no package and can’t get ahold of anyone because they don’t now how to pick up a phone!!!!

I am not consistently receiving my mail. I find mail on my porch that a neighbor has put there. Today a neighbor called and delivered check that had gone to her mailbox. How do I get this message to the post office? They don't answer the phone.

For the last two days we have only found our mail with a search party. Yesterday, it was put in a flower box next to the mail box. Today it was put on top of a garden cabinet. Did I mention we have a mail box approximately 12"X8" with the word MAILBOX in bright 4" letters next to the flower box and the garden cabinet. I realize it is hot and the sweat from their brow may have affected their eyesight. Perhaps a seeing eye dog is in order. Gale Buchanan
