Our mail has not been delivered in over a week. Talking to neighbors is not just us. Why has nobody been contacted of the reason? This is a huge issue with time sensitive mail. Are we expected to go to the office to collect? Will they be prepared to give out our mail?
Eastmont post office, it was good for a minute now were back to the same old program....
Our mail on the 3600 block. I am at 3682...has not been delivered in two days. We know our regular delivery man is on vacation.

This place is SO terrible!!! They have held THREE packages of mine this week due to them 'Not having access to the delivery location'- I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE LAST WEEK TO GIVE PROPER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER THE COMPLEX. Not only have they failed to utilize this information, I called so that they could hold my 2 remaining packages at the office so that my partner can pick them up. They said that they are trying to redeliver my package and it should arrive by 4- AS SOON AS I GET OFF THE PHONE I GET ANOTHER FAILED DELIVERY NOTIFICATION!!!! AND I TOLD THEM THIS WOULD HAPPEN! I tried to call back and now all of the sudden the line is busy- An hour later, still busy. There is no reason I should have to go through THIS MUCH to get 2 ornaments in memoriam of my baby. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY
I have called many times today and receive no answer. I'm attaching information of an expected delivery of medicine which was not been received and it's suppossed to be at your office.

Horrible somehow some one was able to pick up my package on with no identification! Figuring out how to press charges or sue. Everytime I try to call it gets picked up and hung up right away. How do we know our packages are safe if anyone with legs can walk in and pick up..medication,sentimental items,checks etc. Extermely disappointed in our mail service
Terrible service my mail always delivered to wrong adress which is 3 blocks away with total diferent adress people brings me my packages and letters and i have been missing letters im very disapointed and concerned with the service please fix this issue hire people with some education so they can read proper house adress
