You folks moved our mail box across the street because you said it was blocked by vehicles. So that did NOT help! It is still blocked by now other vehicles. You did not solve the problem but made it worse. My address is 1005 Soares Dr. Just because the carrier is lazy and wont get out of the truck to put the mail in the box we should not be punished for laziness.I was a Post Man what ever happened to nothing stops the mail from being delivered? I am expecting a Medical insurance card Saturday but you did not deliver.

We have constant issue with out letter carrier. She drives very unsafe. I have literally seen her throw my packages in my driveway. For the last two days we have had packages just thrown in front of our mailbox not put in our mailbox that we have extra large mailbox for that reason the things that were thrown in front of our mailbox or just little envelopes with something we purchased pretty valuable items just thrown on the ground. I have reached out to this post office a numerous amount of times complaining about this letter carrier and nothing ever seems to get handled correctly can someone please call me from the post office so we can discuss the situation and how we’re going to find a solution please

Why is it that USPS mail carriers think it is ok to pull sharp U-turns on my driveway, leaving an ugly tire rubber doughnut on the otherwise pristine concrete? Despite frequently complaining about this unacceptable behavior, the problem is happening yet again!!! Park on the street & walk!

I have spoken to the post master 3x over the same issue at this post office. Whoever the delivery person is for our neighborhood is a liar. We get notified that delivery is attempted and every time we are home and never see anyone. We have a ring doorbell that records. That never sees anyone. Im so sick of this shit. People get medications delivered.

I tried to insert some letters in the outside drive by mailbox from my car at 11:30 am Saturday, 1-23-2021 in the rain. The mail slot was changed to a real narrow slot and many letters were jammed into the drive by slot. So I had to get out of my car on the drivers side with cars whizzing by at 35 mph(dangerous to me,83 yrs old). I took my letters stuck in the opening along with a few other letters stuck around to the sidewalk side to insert them into the bigger slot! There was no mail slot opening on the sidewalk side? so I took them back and jammed them into the drive by slot? Post office needs to fix this mailbox!!!! Larger openings and access from the side walk! For years and yrs this mailbox worked fine(except dangerous in traffic to 83yr old people!) During this pandemic people like me do not want to go inside the P.O.!

Postal Service needs to find Mail Carriers that are awake on the job, day before last they left 3 boxes in the Street Side mail boxes for me. They put the boxes in the bin, put the key in my mail box, but left the bin wide open so anyone could take my boxes, luckily my neighbor got them for me and brought them to me. Thank God they were not stolen, no Thanks to the Sleeping on the job Mail Carrier!

Lousy service!!! 1st attempt left a nortice. I left a response to deliver the next business day, a Monday. They never picked up the notice or even attempted delivery the second time. 10 days later I find out I was supposed to pick package up at the post office. If I didn't start wondering about the package it would have eventually been returned!
