Its ridiculous and down right frustrating that we cant access the PO Box lobby on Sunday. We are paying for this!!! Not to mention that I have had lots of missing mail, receive others peoples mail and no one answers the phone. Its also filthy in there. Trash in the parking lot, no masks, and no cleaning. I pulled up one day and there was a dead rat on the sidewalk right by the right side entrance. Informed the worker inside and it was like I was invisible. No emotion, no apology, no we will send someone out, no nothing. Paycheck collectors in there, doing everything as slow and mindless as possible. The only positive is they now close the lobby after 630pm. I used to go after work to get my mail around 7-730pm until one day I walked in and almost walked right into a big scary homeless person. (you cant see in thru the glass from the outside ...) I was the only person there in the parking lot so it scared the ... outta me I walked right out and never went back after dark. No security, no cameras, not good.

I am a paying customer for a PO Box for 37+ years at 92661. It is incumbent upon the USPS to provide access to customer postal boxes 24Hours a day. The 92661 Postal Station is using the excuse of some vandalism inside to prevent daily access to customers beyond 1600 Hours until 0900Hours, and 44 hours of the weekend. Customers’ 24/7 access to their USPS mailbox need to be reinstated immediately.

The mailman put a package in our mailbox that is too large to remove. Can't reach anyone on the phone. What are we supposed to do?

Our mail person is not even delivering nor picking up our mail despite the fact that our mail flag is up. Last night he whizzed by never stopping at all. If this is the way the USPS works, then have them deliver only 3 times a week and cut their salaries. It has ben 11 months since the pandemic started so you would think they'd have this down by now.

Every single time I attempt to contact the local post office the recording comes on “the mailbox you are trying to call is full “ no matter what time of day I have called or months I have called now for over two years. I have complained regarding this issue multiple times at the main office on camel street by going into that office, without any type of results. I’m currently expecting a certified letter for over two days that shows that I’m to be receiving in the informed delivery app, and now this certified letter is showing that it was undeliverable due to “ no access “ which is ridiculous since I live in a mobile home and other mail carriers have had no problems in delivering mail or packages to my front door for over three years since I have lived here. Absolutely infuriating!!!!!

This is the WORST of the WORST POST OFFICE in the USA! I mailed a PKG PRIORITY MAIL Aug 3 and received there August 6. They could NOT find the address so they tried to deliver several times , then mail went back to Sta. Ana, then San Diego so many times!!The tracking says...RETURNED TO SENDER!! The sender is me from SUNLAND, CA but they just keep on sending it back to Newport Beach Post Office & that 949 number???Nobody answers the phone, says voice mail is full blah, blah ,blah!!!No wonder TRUMP don't want to give them money, only the DEMOCRATS!!!! Worst Service!!!They dont deserve a penny! Service is bad, no wonder they are BANKRUPT!!1

In the last few months, our mail delivery has gone from on average 11am to on average 5:30pm. As late as 6:30pm when you state 5:00 at the latest. What is going on?

I live at 1200 Sussex Lane in Newport Beach, CA. When Frank was our mailman, we usually received our mail between the hours of 10:00 -12:30. Since he was given a new location to deliver, our delivery has been so erratic! Yesterday at 8:30 AM, I placed some letters our to be picked up. By 7:00 PM our mail had not yet arrived so I took my letters back. The mail was delivered after I did so. It is not right that we have to wait until after dark to receive our mail and mail letters! Our mail service has gone from an A+ to a D- since our delivery carrier changed. This is unacceptable. We deserve better, more timely service than this. Our service has drastically deteriorated, and I am not happy about it!. Homer Bludau

According to DMV in Sacramento they send to decals for my vehicle first one 05/02/2019 and 2and one on 01/16/2020 to the address of 793 Amigos way Newport beach ca 92660. I would like to find out what is the reason that we did Not receive our decals twice and the mailmen of our area did not deliver it to our mailbox and each time cost me $22 Dallas I would like to know what happened at once and I demand to investigate by your supervisor and provided us with the answer. The Camelback post office lobby was not open at 7:15 pm on Friday, December 27, 2019. The official weekday hours on your website state that the official closing is not scheduled until 7:30. I have heard other citizens complain about early closing as well as other poor service incidents.

No one answers the phone at the Camelback Street post office, and the 949.640.4663 says the mail box is full. I received a envelope from USPS with an apology for damaging the Christmas mail from my brother. No mention that the Christmas card & Nordstrom Gift card were NO LONGER there! Please let me know if you have an investigation team, refund department or if I need to file w/ NB Police.

All listed phone numbers for the Camelback location either don't work or DO NOT answer... AT ALL! it is so frustrating to communicate with this post office, set appointments, etc.....Even when I showed up to make appointment, they were not helpful and on purpose tried to make it more difficult... So utterly sad.....

I have tried again and again for an hour to reach a person to talk to at Camelback. I dropped something accidentally in one of the mailboxes out on the street . I called hoping someone in the Post Office would help me retrieve it . But no one answers the phone and their mail box is full.
