Waiting for a package that tracking said was delivered to my house. It was not. Contacted Edwin who was supposed to investigate. Edwin now will not return my calls. May have to go visit Edwin at 710 E. 16th St so he can't ignore me.

Once again the mailman messed up. If he's not checking the drop box he's STEALING PROPERTY. And this isn't the first time. My tracking clearly says delivered to box and nothing is there. National City post office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE even though it slow in there. I want my property or Im filing suit AND GOING PUBLIC.

why is it several times a month we do not get a delivery or pickup of our out going mail. Since our old mail person retired, I have missed several bills that became pass due since no one pickup my out going mail I have talked to several neighbors that is having the same issue, If there is a program of a scanning bar code to put one our mail box to show that they have been here is what we all would like, not to say when they do show up it after 5pm and most office are closed for late payments.

I have owned for 40yrs and lived in Paradise Hills for over 20yrs. All postmen/women servicing this area have been very professional and friendly as are those working at the post office. It is a very convenient office since my neighborhood has a high number of senior citizens.
