I have used this PO for 25 years now, usually several times a month,I have dealt with a lot of different USPS employees and it has always been a pleasure to work with them.I am sorry so many other people seem to be having problem.

I am requesting an someone in corporate to respond back to me, i was treat with the worst Customer service from an allegedly supervisor from your Morgan Hill p.o. named “Kaur” the employee before her with the same accent...was just as rude and both were over talking me and raising their voice to me as I i turn was more upset at the fact both employees repeated themselves 4-5 times on my issue....I bluntly stated I got that 5 statements ago... neither could answer my question!!! I have had my box for 25+ years and I’ve never ever had any problems until now!!!! Their customer service was beyond disgraceful and disrespectful to an paying customer!!! I’m a manager in retail and Kaur, your supervisor was the most unprofessional and complete lack of knowledge of your company is a disgrace. She raised her voice to me, then completely over talked me, then I had it. I am expecting an call back

The mail service in Morgan Hill is worse than terrible and it’s been this way for a long time. Some of the postal miscues including losing my payment to the cable company and my credit card bill (which I paid a late fee). I just picked up my neighbors mail that was in my mail box. Last week I received a check and the envelope had been crumpled up and opened. Another example was a check I had received but was delivered to someone else’s mailbox. I found it in a puddle at my front door...people are always breaking into mailboxes and when they are caught they are not prosecuted. These same problems keep happening over and over again and need to be addressed somewhere OTHER than the local level. From reading Nordstrom Nextdoor I’m not the only one fed up with the Morgan Hill postal service.

Seriously terrible service, they promise to call you back and never do. I legit don't have a mailbox. And my last day in my apartment was yesterday and I have no where to forward my mail. I've been leaving messages with people for 2 weeks and no one is calling me back. They know who I am as soon as I give them an address and just rush to get me off the phone. I work 40+ hours a week, I am getting married in less than 2 weeks. I do not have time to deal with this. Because they are a government agency they really do not give a crap what kind of service they give since we do not have a choice but to have regular mail delivered.

I mailed 2 birthday cards on September 27th with gift cards in each one that never got delivered to the recipients. We dropped the cards at the drive through mail box at the Post Office in Morgan Hill on Monterey Road. Somebody is stealing greeting cards that look like they may have gift cards.

Called the Post Office when, for the second time we received a neighbors mail. Concerned that our mail was delivered elsewhere. Happened for a THIRD time. Called and asked to speak to a "supervisor". Spoke with "Brian". When I explained to Brian the circumstances and that this was the THIRD occurrence, Brian merely stated "I'll talk to the driver". THANKS, Brian. Wonder if you'd merely "talk to the driver" if it were YOUR MAIL.

On March 16, 2018 we had many checks that did not make it to our vendors that we paid. I had placed 16 stop payments this last week for checks that are lost in the mail. I had made a phone call to Cecilia at the Morgan Hill, CA post office. She let me know if this happens again to call her. She was very apologetic, but I think there should be a notation somewhere that this happened and all on the same day. Most of the vendors are located here in Morgan Hill. A few in San Jose and 1 in Gilroy. No checks have been returned to us. It was as if someone threw them away or they are stuck in a truck somewhere? Processing a stop payment is a very lengthy process for me and I am concerned this can happen again.

Called at 12:00, 12:15, 12:20 on a Saturday and no one answered. What kind of customer Service is this? The worst kind, none at all. Good thing there’s no competition, oh yes there is!!!
