Worst service ever!!! The causation supervisor Shirley woman and the tall skinner male clerk Chris were so rude to customers. We had a appointment but they kept finding excuse to refuse serving us and kept serving next customers who did-not even have appointment on that day. I’m feeling that we were discriminated since we are not caucasian. I had a appointment and arrived before the appointment time, but they did-not serve us until almost an hour later. I had to get back to my work that day and the horrible service made me late for my work. These kind of people should not be hired by any company!!!

I have a package being delivered to me which needs my signature but the mail person just leaves me a peach colored receipt claiming missed delivery on 3/23 - this is a Saturday and I was home - he did not come to my door for a signature then I contacted MP/USPS and spoke to supervisor, Cheryl (3:50PM)(she said Robert was the carrier supervisor and she would relate this message to him since he was out to lunch) and she told me to go online to reschedule a Re-delivery date I did w/Michelle conf#TRR86026032 I offered my phone to them so that I could greet the mail person "AT" my mailbox but they said that could not be done SO the next day I waited until 3:15 (the average approx. time for mail delivery) and lo and behold I found another peach colored receipt claiming miss delivery - like I was unavailable to sign - THIS IS A LIE! I've been home everytime - I called USPS/Monterey Park again and spoke to Cheryl and the same as the day before the supervisor of carriers, Robert was unavailable (OUT TO LUNCH) I gave her my tele # and she said she would get back to me w/a follow-up (NO CALL BACK) I tried to do another Re-delivery request - my wait was to be 23 - 32 minutes - I was on the phone for 58 minutes + before the phone cut off-what's up w/this?

Dear Poster Master, I faxed to your office and informed that I bought the NEW MAILBOX which was installed in my HOME METAL DOOR. I also asked for depositing all my letters in this box at 8:30 and 9:15 at Saturday morning by Fax, because the KCP Ass. was not and unable to fix the mailbox Stand. I decided to have my OWN PERMANENT MAILBOX TO SAVE THE TROUBLES! but I didn't receive any letter in afternoon. Please return all my letters as soon as possible!!! Thanks!!! Simon Li

Just went to drop office packages. I parked in the back of the post office where the one spot says "bulk parking" compact car space. I have doing this for months after I saw someone else doing it. I sometimes have lots of packages and the bins inside say to please drop off in the back if you have lots of packages. Today I was angrily greeted by a male postal worker. He approached may car and told me I cannot park in the lot. I told him I was dropping of packages. He continued to tell me in an angry tone "you cannot park here, are you an employee? I told him okay and left to find a parking spot. I understand not be able to park there, but to be told in a rude way is not acceptable. He could of at least offered to take my packages. So I go inside and the bins are locked. Had to wait in line a bit but finally got the attention of the nice manager lady and she told me just to leave the packages on the counter. As you know the parking situation is bad. This was Monday just before 1PM. It takes me like 2 minutes to drop off, I have been seen by other postal workers and have never been told anything. I am not in anyone's way and there is always lots of parking for employees. Rudeness does not get you anywhere. Thank you.

for the whole 2 weeks I have not receive a mail on my address here in Monterey Park. What happened to my mails ?I have not file a change of address forms. 3 mos ago I have filed a complaints that I keep getting mails that does not belong in my address nor lives here. On incident I was getting out to run an errand and I saw the mail man putting a mail on our box,I pick my name and hurriedly went my way towards my car he ran after me and questions why I left some on the mail box, I answered it doesn't belong to me but to the sister of the owner of the apt., she's asleep and will soon take them. Needless to say he started arguing to me that I should not left them there. I answered back and told him that's why there's mail boxes so the owner can retrieved their mails. Those mails doesn't belong to me so why take it. He got upset and take them all back with him . As soon as I got back home I filed a letter of complaints about this idiot- who clearly is not a professional and does not deserved to be a federal post office employee. Why would he take back the mail that he delivered that day. I lived in a multi unit residential apt.

One of my subscribed magazine (from UK) arrived this afternoon, Dec 17. The whole magazine is soaking wet in the plastic bag. I am appalled by the Monterey Park postal service!!! First, I don't know how this magazine is completely wet--condensation inside the clear plastic bag? Second, how can a postal person delivered a package like this in my mail box without any concern nor care? Have photos of the item but there is NO upload function in your website. This post office service is always been bad. But this time it is going too far! Irresponsible and disappointing! Do you care about your service? OR just waiting for the office to close down ?

Don't want to be negative but I need to make an appointment for a passport renewal and I have called 10 times in a row and it rings for a minute and I can't get through. I've been dialing for literally 12 minutes trying to get through. How am I supposed to make an appointment if no one answers the phone? Please advise. Still calling. Noticing that there is a slew of bad reviews regarding this post office. Is anyone looking at these? Please advise. Call 14 here we go. This is why UPS is doing well. Hard to support a service that doesn't work or doesn't care. If this is due to government cutbacks, say so

Really not happy with Monterey Park post office. I was expecting an order last week (I wanted these items for Saturday, August 20th). I was tracking my parcel and it was "out for delivery" from the Monterey Park post office on Thursday the 18th. Never got it. "Delivery status not updated" was the only new info. Waited until Monday to call and ask about it. Someone named Anthony or Antonio got all my info, saying he didn't know what happened to my parcel but he'd ask our mail carrier what happened to it and he'd call me back. No call. Today's mail - no parcel. I call post office again, this time a woman answered. She got my info and said she'd have Anthony/Antonio call me back. Nothing. So much for customer service. 👎🏼

Bad service!!!! If you have a PO BOX with them, they will send packages that have your physical address back to sender even though there scanning computers show it is linked to your po box. These people are lazy. They are also criminals because I've had letters mysteriously opened presumably looking for $. In addition I get other people's mail in my BOX, I've probably lost a few letter that way.
