You go to the window on the right hand side before the main entrance, it's located where u deposit mail directly or u can go on line at the usps.com I did both ways... It takes a while for them to answer, but they do.

My original mailbox, installed in 1951, was moved to the sidewalk years ago due to dogs on the premises. I have lived here, 828 S. 4th. St., since 1987. I don't have dogs, I have fibromyalgia, I am 67 years old, important mail has been missing, the mail was left at either box, etc. I adviced the supervisor in turn at the Montebello Post Office, months ago, that I was going to take down the mailbox. . . she said no problem. . . asked me for my phone number to give it to the carrier. My mail is not being delivered. I have retrieved it from the PO numerous times. Please tell me what to do. . . Respectfully, Irma Franco

Hello everyone, I sent a package to my sister a care package for her, my mother asked me to send her letters she told me those were for her and I told my mother I put all the letters in the box and she told me some of the letters weren't for my sister, so what can I do to get the package back send the letters to the proper places they are supposed to be sent, and resend the package.
And I sent it today in 9/12/14
