I am very upset that today our Amazon used USPS who delivered our package to the wrong house, the wrong street!!!! Same address numbers. I managed to be contacted via facebook from the recipient where we met and shared like stories of her getting our mail and us theirs. We end up delivering each others mail without knowing it but since this was a big package I am lucky to have received it. I can't get thru to Judy at the post office nor could she, line is constantly busy. Can your drivers slow down, take a minute to double check addresses. It is clear that you are on Road 36 versus Mark Rd, it should be!!!!! This happens way to often. I called 2 weeks ago when I got my neighbors mail and who knows where ours went. Identity theft and fraud on on the rise, we don't need the postal service helping the crooks out.
Again I did not receive my Sunday delivery. I have lost money in the past from the same problem...on occasion, a neighbor has delivered to me because it was left at a non posted addressed house. My address and name is clearly posted on my home, yet you continue to deliver to an incorrect house....! I have written emails...letters and made phone calls. I will again try and contact main Postal Service of Calif. RIDICULOUS
Another problem! Today I go to the community mail box to pick up my mail, my box is empty. No big deal. But as I turn away, I see a stack of mail bundled in a rubber band BEHIND the community box. I picked it up thinking I would deliver the mail to the recipient's box! IT WAS MY MAIL. The worst part about it is the top envelope was a new Debit card! This is not the first mistake since I moved to this address. There have been many mistakes and it's boiling my butt. When I lived in the Ranchos I had the an older gentleman as our mailman for 20 years. NEVER ANY ISSUES and he always bent over backward to be of service. Since they moved him to another route, there have been issues there as well. I'm very unhappy with the Madera Post office.
