I personally went into the Lucerne,CA office and put in a change of address. I've never received a package of validation of change of address in the mail. My Lucerne address was 6404 12th Ave P.O.Box 442 Lucerne, CA The change was to 109 Charles Ct Vallejo, CA 94591 Please contact me about this issue, as soon as possible. I put this request in first of January 2019. There has another change from 109 Charles Ct Vallejo CA 94591 Going to P.O.Box 5706 Vallejo, CA 94591 Request in January on 17 2019. At that time I requested one from P.O.Box 442 Lucerne, CA 95489 To P.O.Box 5706 Vallejo CA 94591 I haven't received a welcome packet from that. I'm ready concerned Thank you, Polly Felan 707121375
