I appreciate that thee two prank mail packages I sent to a friend in Signal Hill were delivered timely, however, I'm extremely disappointed that I paid extra to require signature on delivery of these albeit embarrassing prank mail packages (The signature on delivery step was integral in delivering the full prank experience- but you stole this from us) I got the notification this morning that the delivery had been made and was surprised when I had to ask my friend about it, he found the packages in his mailbox. Thinking this was odd, I requested proof of delivery which was received quickly; it says the package was "Delivered, Left with Individual" and has my friends initials jotted down...in reality the packages were left in his mailbox and no one in his house actually signed for it. I'm sure the packages would be uncomfortable to hand deliver to someone, but this disappointing to not receive the service you paid for.

The post office employee left a notice in my mailbox without a name or reference number, I tried calling the local number and no answer. I called the 800 number, a robot answer requiring a tracking number, because I don't have a tracking number the robot went in loops telling me I must have a tracking number and a agent would require the same, my insisting to speak to a live person was null and void, the robot/company refused to transfer my call to a human and really in real time hung up on me. I'm so frustrated our tax money goes to this waste. I think of older more disabled people getting trapped in those robot calls, which can foul into irreparable harm since mailed documents and time is of the essence may create other issues. I received a notice in my mail box requiring additional information, gas and time because they aren't answering the phone or the robot isn't programmed to handle a variety of issues arising , although my name and address is clearly on my package, it is either sitting or forwarded back to sender, if I were to give the robot a tracking number, it won't register because the postoffice wasn't the sender, a private company handed it to the post office. Forcing the tax paying public to interact with a robot is bad business and gears more frustration when you just need a human employee to check on your situation. Good luck to those speech impaired, mentally impaired and those recovering from major illnesses needing customer service assistance. This is bad!

I don't know what's going on but I have put mail in mailbox to go out for paying bill etc, who ever is delivering the mail is just shoving the mail in without checking if there is outgoing mail it has happened three days in a row counting Sat. I had to track down the mail person and hand give it to them and I can't always catch them. Is there any way you can check into this problem. I reach into my mailbox the mail is there and also my outgoing mail is there too. Thank You so much.

I went to Signal Hill Post Office for the first time today and I must say all of the employees were friendly, quick to help all customers and greeted everyone with a big smile, they made my day and visit there a positive one.

The postal service here in Signal Hill is the worst service we have a scheduled pickup no one show up to pickup the package for the last 2 days The US postal service has no accountability if the small business operates like the US Postal service they would be closed
