Dose the mailman come out on Monday today 03/13/23

Hi my mail has not been delivered since 1-24 -23 I have no dog carrier says this is a dog issue. Have been to the office in bellflower blvd and spring. Provide proof and still not receiving mail. The mail at 225 e. Del Amo Blvd, Long Beach, 90805 has not delivered in two days, Not one piece of returned mail has been picked up from this site which is the A building. We are supposed to have mail delivery and pick up six days a week and this is not happening. Thank You

Poor service. I was told by Amazon that a package would be delivered to me before 9:00 pm yesterday. I sat by my door all evening and when I logged in to check I was told that an attempt had been made to deliver at 8:24pm at which time I had been waiting for it and that I should go to the post office to collect it. I did so at shortly after 9:00 this morning and the person who I spoke to told me that it had been sent out again this morning and that it would be delivered today. When I check the status with your website I am still being told that I must go the the pos toffice to collect it. A present for my dying sister in law....

Please have management who oversees our business [number removed] and email me on the disrespect, rude and unprofessional behavior towards my staff and witnessed by guests of our hotel which the mail carrier displayed when he delivered mail today at Hyatt Regency Long Beach 200 S. I have been on the phone for an hour trying to reach someone on the phone at the Downtown Long Beach post office. 562-628-1303. Noone is answering. Can I get someone to answer the call?

You know the main post office in long beach(heart of downtown) and the LOBBY? is closed Saturday? Maybe it's time to make a idea and just give everyone a lobby key?

This is the worst, mailing services you never get your packages and there is one lady that work the window for pick up so sad for her. Now I am going to have to change my address again because they suck

Going through the worst shipping/ delivery experience with this place. I have a package that arrived to this post office on July 3rd for a delivery to Los Angeles. It was never delivered!! It has been sitting there for two weeks. I opened a claim, no one responded. I keep calling every day, no one ever answers! This post office should not exist!

We never got our mail at 6028 lime ave Long Beach ca 90805 I have been home all day

THIS IS THE WORST POSTAL OFFICE EVER, THE WORST.

We are disappointed that the Redondo drop off mail boxes are no longer available. We tried going to the "back" location and could not make it through the small street and big trucks in the way.

This location never answers their phone. I have been calling 562-628-1303 & 562-628-1306 for hours now and not one time has someone picked up the phone.
