There is a horrible manager lady at this location. She Needs extra training in how to be with USPS customers and with her co-workers. She Treats just about everyone like they owe her something. Her attitude is that she owns the post office, and we are all privileged to be there in HER post office. Very cold, rude and just not managerial material. Customers waiting in line talk about how arrogant, rude and mean she is. She does not shed a positive light on the post office but a very ugly one. Needs major and serious help.

Long time carrier retired. New carrier is worthless. 3 days in a row priority pick up requested. Each day nothing. New pick up requested. Day 3 we heard carrier leave mail but no package pick up. Grabbed packed and chased her down. She said sorry but if I don’t see the package I can’t pick it up. Same place for 5 years. She took the package but never scanned it. Went home and Ring doorbell showed she never even got out of mail truck. Next week mail delivery was request online to be stopped as we were leaving town. Came home to a mailbox with mail hanging out thru the security door. Obviously never stopped. Last two days a letter was put on the mailbox for pickup. Never picked up. Mail shown to be delivered on Saturday was not delivered until Monday and letter left on mailbox. It doesn’t get much worse than this. I need answers as to what is going on.

I ordered a item from eBay , but received a email from shipper , that the delivery was not made , they could not make entry? I have packages before at my address , they never made contact with me or any left any notes, telling that they could deliver the package ?? What going on ??

I received an email telling me a package I ordered from Vitamin Shoppe was transferred to the Lancaster CA post office on January 20, 2021. It was scheduled to be delivered on 1/21/21. I have not yet received this package, and there is no indication it is out for delivery at this time. Is the package lost? Please advise. The tracking number is: 92748901790554573028013102.

Hello. On saturday 8/29 I received an email saying that a package I was expecting was not able to be delivered. As of today 8/31 I have still not received package. I have ordered this package twice before ande had no problem. Also, on 8/30 I received a notice from Amazon telling me that another product that I ordered had been left in my mail box but it was not there.

The lobby at the 20th St West facility is no longer open 24 hrs. I was there at 10pm last night and the doors were locked. They've probably had too many problems with the homeless using it as a hotel room.

The tracking facility of USPS shows that up to now (6/15/20), the Certified Mail , #70200090000100892921 sent on June 6th/20 from Lancaster 93534 to be delivered also to Lancaster 93535, is still IN TRANSIT (about 10 days ago). Please check. asap. Thanks.

I have recently not received two deliveries that were tracked to have been delivered to my mailbox. I called the post office on this last one and it was not resolved. Was supposed to get a call back after reaching to the mail carrier but no call. I also constantly get other people’s mail. Extremely frustrating!

I am aware it is the Christmas rush. I have called several numbers which rang and rang (no one answered) why have a phone. I am trying to find my package you report was delivered NOT. I guess I have to go in person to the post office to find out anything. So my question again why have a phone or a web site.

Despite my submitting a package pickup request a day in advance, my priority mail was not picked up on the 17th of July 2018. Don't they inform substitutes if the regular carrier is off for the day?

every time you ( usps ) deliver to my door your employee crosses my lawn and breaks off one of my sprinkler heads ( 5th time) I am tired of replacing it .I even have it sticking up so he / she can see it still no use its broken again. please help ( Lancaster ca. )

I sent four packages to NV, they all get there in reasonable time. One has been in Ca. since the 3rd, its been at the Lancaster P.O. since the 9th. They can't tell me why its not moving except blaming it on ground shipping or the truck, which comes back to the one package, there is no reason it should be just sitting. The P.O won't answer their phone, they let it ring then pick it up and hang up, so unprofessional. I'll never ship packages again with USPS, just can't them to get the job done in decent time. $72. to ship four medium to small packages and i just get lame excuses.
